Nice hotel close to NYC.

Posted Apr 11, 2015
Traveled alone for business trip and this was my first stay at this hotel. It was overall nice, clean, comfortable and I felt safe. Close to NYC. Staff were nice and eager to help, especially shuttle driver, "Josh". Very nice free breakfast too. Some suggestions- new towels and linens. No on site restaurant.

Rooms bad, breakfast great, noisy room.

Posted Apr 10, 2015
Pros: breakfast, staff, and proximity to new york
Cons: rooms, window, bed, lock
Staff are pleasant. breakfast great. Room lock has serious problem. The room they assigned could not be opened by me or their staff and after 30 mins ordeal, they finally assigned me different room. One bed was sinking to the ground, so they put bedsheet underneath to level it. I had requested for quiter room, but it was extremely noisy.

Nice hotel close to shopping and eating.

Posted Mar 16, 2015
The parking is in a parking garage which doesnt have a convenient entrance from the garage. We had to carry all our luggage and walk all the way around to the front entrance. The shower head wouldn't stay up, the toilet seat wouldn't stay up and they just need to upgrade. It must have been another hotel there and LaQuinta just slapped their name on it and made it theirs.

Nice Hotel Close to Convention Center

Posted Mar 13, 2015
Pros: The location
Location: close to convention center
The hotel was nice, room was clean, but it's dated and feels a little old. However for the price is good. It's been updated but not all the way. Hotel staff was friendly. They also have a shuttle in the morning that you can use to go to the convention center.

Pros: Friendly front desk and support staff.
I enjoyed passing the day in the city, then unwinding in this La Quinta. Quiet and restful!

Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful.
Location: Lots off thing to do. I was here on business this time around.
I come and stay in New York/New Jersey a couple times a year. Sometime with the family or myself a couple times a year.I found this time by myself to be very pleasant and staff to be very friendly and kind. I would stay here again.

Inexpensive hotel, know why.

Posted Mar 4, 2015
Pros: The foyer was nice.
Cons: Clean the rooms, update the furniture, fix the elevator, phone in hallways to contact front desk for entry problems.
Location: Alot of things nearby. Location was ideal.
We stayed one night for a quick NYC trip. The suite is decorated poorly and furniture looked too dirty to sit on. We covered with a sheet. Beds had "dips" in the middle, making the friend bed sharing a bit awkward. I am only glad we didn't see the cockroach until the next morning. All in all, will pay the extra money for the piece of mind and a clean sleep. Oh.... and the door handle must turn "up" to enter. I had to go back down to the lobby to find out that tidbit of info (no phone in hallways).
