Nice and cosy hotels with very good furnitures

Posted May 24, 2015
Pros: Location, spacious and very new furniture.
Cons: The pillows?
Location: Eating at Ihop
The hotel is at the outskirt of New York City, without traffic it takes around 15 to 20 minutes to reach NYC by vehicle. Hotel also provides a 2 way shuttle to NYC with reasonable prices ranging from 12 to 15 USD. There are a couple of fast food chains around the hotel like IHop and Taco Bell. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Furniture are very new and hotel room is very spacious. My restroom light broke and I went to the reception and 5 minutes later, the technician was there to fix it.

Adequate for an inexpensive place near to NYC.

Posted May 22, 2015
Cons: The windows in the room were very dirty, so the view was not lovely.
Location: There is nothing nearby.
The hotel itself is fine, although the area is very run-down and trashy. Once you get in the hotel, though, everything is clean and neat and under control. The beds are comfortable; the bathtub was clean, large, and there was hot water all the time. There's a nice TV, coffee in the room, and it's nice. There is a hotel shuttle that goes to NYC about every hour or so; and though it is not always exactly on time, especially for pick ups in NYC, it's okay. But if you are looking for an elegant experience, this is not for you. It's practical.

Felt safe. Friendly people. Breakfast expensive and no coffee in lobby.

3 night stay

There were a few major items broken in my room. I had called the help desk and they told me they would send someone to fix it. After 3 days of it not being fixed and 3 request each day. I finally came to terms that the hotel staff wasn't taking me serious.

Overall is good. It's close to New York. But there is horrible traffic jam near port authority bus terminal

OK for the Expedia price

Posted May 9, 2015
Pros: Relatively clean room and quiet.
Cons: Not too much really. Can't move for a better location.
Location: Poor location in general but good location to the city and my seminar.
OK for the Expedia price but the amenities weren't so good. Restaurant had no activity and bar was quiet. Bartender was good. Beers were expensive. Was afraid to try the food so had a pizza delivered.

Getting your monies worth.

Nothing to complain about and nothing to rave about. You can tell it's an older hotel, but in nice condition. I'd say it was average for a non-chain hotel. The shuttle to NYC they provided was very convenient.
