“Service with many smiles!”

This hotel is probably the best Hotel for service I have stayed in, and I have stayed in around 24 Hotels, so far, just this year. The service from the porter at the door, through check-in, porter service, breakfast, bars, etc was excellent and discreet. The breakfast buffet was second to none! The rooms are modern and very comfortable. Definitely one that I will return to in the near future.

“Good Jersey Hotel”

Helpfull & friendly staff, quick and easy check in and out. Great room with good views over park. Nice and quiet except from rush hour traffic outside room which was only heard if window left open. If air conditioning used and window closed hard to hear traffic noise. No problem in parking at hotel. Breakfast each day very good apart from one morning when an unusualy large number of guest appeared to be in hotel. Only criticism was there was only orange juice served although probably had we asked for an alternative it would have been provided. Did not eat other meals in hotel as prefered to be out and about. Outdoor bar area good when weather suitable. Recommend this Hotel if price deal is right. Short walk into St Helier and pleasant walks along promenade.

“A perfect hotel for peace.”

The Devere Grand Hotel gave us an extreme warm welcome, we felt very at ease.This was our first trip to Jersey and our first stay in a 'Grand' Hotel. We felt very at welcome staight away. Our room was comfortable and had a calmness about it, (which is exactly why we came away,to recharge our batteries). This Hotel was perfect for that reason,room service and the restaurant served, hot,tasty presented food, in enjoyable surroundings,servings were generous which made my husband happy.Our room was kept to an excellent standard.We felt that we could move about the hotel very freely without staff constantly asking,(do you need any help?).For these reasons we will be using Devere hotels in the future. A fantastic place, where people could relax.we have both recommended this Hotel to our work colleagues.We had a perfect break.

“My young Son and I would go back tomorrow!”

We loved this hotel from the cosiest beds we've ever slept in to the 2 showers in our bathroom, the fabulous buffet breakfasts and the lovely food in general. A stones throw from the beach and close to town. The staff were extremely helpful.

Excellent in every way. This was our second six night stay within eight weeks. We will be going back as soon as time allows.

“A nice place for a getaway break”

The Grand lives up to its name, both traditional and modern at the same time. Excellent location for walking into St Helier or longer walks along the beach. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were all helpful and cheerful. I was there for a 3-night break between Christmas and New Year, and my room was upgraded (without asking) upon arrival, so got a garden and beach view.

“Grand Hotel - very well named”

We booked into the St Helier Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa to celebrate our Silver Anniversary. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service and attention received from the staff was first class. Our room with a view had the most comfortable bed I have experienced in a hotel. The leisure facilities are excellent as is the food in both restaurants. We dined in Tassili restaurant on the night of our anniversary and chose from the a la carte menu, the food was wonderful as was the wine which our waiter chose for us to accompany each course. On another occasion we dined in Victorias restaurant, here too the food is superb though obviously due to the price difference not up to the Tassili standard. Very good value non the less. We also chose a bar snack in the champagne bar, this too was very good quality and well priced. Over the whole of our 4 night stay our only niggle was that the tea was far too strong, but once we explained how to make it properly we had no problem. We will be returning soon.

“Good trip”

We enjoyed our stay in the Grand, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Before we left home we had a enmail re the fact that the hotel swimming pool was under renovation so as compensation they gave us a discount - this impressed me as I have been in other hotels where we were just told 'bad luck' the pool is closed. On our arrival we were offered an up grade which we great - the room had new modern decor and the hotel did not have a 'tired' look as I had read in a review before going (maybe it had been upgraded since that review) All in all we had a good trip and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

“Perfect in every way”

Beautiful room, with lovely sea view overlooking Elizabeth Castle (well worth a visit). Hotel staff extremely friendly and could not have been more helpful. The best buffet breakfast (and I have stayed in some great hotels) Great position for loads of good restaurants. Will definitely return.

“One of the best”

We recently spent 4 nights at Grand Jersey. From the minute we arrived we new it would be an enjoyable stay. Efficient, friendly staff; comfortable, well furnished bedroom, huge bathroom, both spotlessly clean. A good breakfast to start each day. Would definitely go back to the Royal Jersey.
