Cosy corners to sit in lounge. Lovely view from Champagne lounge across the bay. Plenty of choice on menus. Food always hot & well cooked & presented. All staff are very friendly and attentive.

A superb stay from start to finish. We were greeted and made to feel at home by the professional and friendly staff. All the formalities on arrival were so smoothly done. The rooms were fantastic with views of the bay. The breakfast was excellent with staff that couldn't be more friendly. A wonderful hotel from top to bottom and we will define returning soon

We got a nice sea view room on the top floor. The staff were very helpful right around the hotel. It's a lovely location to look across the bay. Lovely breakfasts.....
The steps to the leisure facilities might be problematic if you're les mobile ( I wondered if there was an accessible route, but in seeing my husband using a walking stick, nothing was pointed out to us.
There appeared to be a turn down service..... which was only provided on one of the three nights we stayed. We didnt know it was a service available; it was just done on our second night...

I am also sorry that the turn down service was only completed on one evening, I am unable to offer an explanation for this but I will look into this. We loved all the hotel's facilities, particularly the pool & spa, but what made this hotel head & shoulders above others we've stayed in, was the staff - Luke and Sophie especially!

Beautiful room ,very pleasant and helpful staff and excellent breakfasts . We had dinner once in the bar and it was delicious.

A wonderful hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Amazing rooms with outstanding view of the castle from our balcony. It was great food and nothing is too much trouble. Communication before we arrived was exceptional. Luke met us and gave us a guided tour of this beautiful hotel. He went above and beyond to make my sons birthday memorable as did Cornelius who too was so helpful and attentive. Kip and Stella were exceptionally friendly and accommodating at breakfast to help meet my sons allergies as was the chef who made the most amazing vegan birthday cake and the lovely Irish manager who wanted to ensure my sons needs were met. Cannot thank everyone enough for making our stay so memorable. We will be back.

Excellent bedrooms , spacious, best beds we have ever slept in. A big plus for us in our eighties with back trouble, nice to come back to a spotless bedroom thanks to housekeeping.

It's a great hotel. Dispite it looks sorta old but inside the room is nicely done. It's located near by the financial district and close to town center, but there weren't any restaurants around other than hotel dinning. Which is a bit of disappointment. However, if I do have a chance to go back to Jersey, I will definitely consider this hotel again.

The Grand Jersey was well located to access the bus services which provide a great transport service for the whole island. It was great weather when we were there and really enjoyed the outside bar in the sunshine.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The only negatives were the shower which was really weak and 2 single beds pushed together to make a double which did not work!

This is an excellent hotel. Standard of cleanliness was of a very high standard. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. The breakfast had a variety of choices, all cooked to an excellent standard. Menu choices for meals were varied and well cooked. We stayed for one week and enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

Well positioned for St Helier. Buses pass by frequently and bus garage only 8 minutes away. Bus transport all over island extremely good.
Hotel on busy main road but excellent staff & amenities. Expensive dining .
Would highly recommend it. Had superb break.
