Large centrally based hotel ideal for seeing the island of Jersey.

“No cpmplaints very relaxing time!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Staff very friendly. Easy walk to centre St Helier plenty shops, 2 markets, restaurants and coffee stops (we liked 'Bean around the world').Hotel S.Pool and gym great but avoid 5-6.30pm when used by local people after work.Enjoyed lunch and play 'My family and Other Animals' at Jersey Arts Centre in nearby Anne Place.

“Will go back”

Very nice hotel, Staff were excellent, Most of the visitors were older than us, but that was a good thing not bad. Nice little smoking shelter at the front of the hotel, if a little cool. Glad we used expedia as we saved us some money. Thanks Expedia I will be using you again !

“Good Hotel”

Very Good Hotel, usually stay at sister hotel but couldn't get a vacancy. Stayed as B&B, service excellent, used gym and pool facilities, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast good. Room very comfortable and housekeeping good. Entertainment primarily entended for an older generation but on the whole good. Will certainly book again and would recommend staying here

“A relaxing stay”

The Mayfair hotel in St. Helier, Jersey is ideally situated for all travellers to Jersey. Only ten minutes stroll to the shopping centre, a bus stop just aroung the corner and ample car parking facilities make this hotel a very convenient place to stay. It is also ideal for any disabled travellers or those with families as everything is within easy reach and lifts to all floors. Beautifully kept and with very attentive and well trained staff this holiday was just the relaxation I needed.

Very good hotel. check-in very efficient. Excellent standard of cleansiness througout the hotel. Staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfasts also very good. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

“4* delivery from a 3* hotel.”

Stayed at hotel for a long weekend because we were attending a family party which was being held in one of their function rooms. We stayed in one of their junior suites which was excellent. It was spacious, clean and reasonably priced although the double bed was twin beds of slightly differing heights and comfort pushed together . There was however plenty of extra bedding available. The service and food provided at the party was stunning. Majority of staff were very friendly and no request seemed too much of a problem, although it did take us some time before we received any service at breakfast, even though it was not very busy. For a three star hotel I was seriously impressed and would certainly return.
