“POMME D'OR HOTEL”

CONVENIENTLY SITUATED FOR TOWN AND BUS STATION. BREAKFAST AND RESTAURANTS EXCELLENT.

“Christmas Break”

We were very pleased with the hotel accommodation room was clean, warm and comfortable. The food was excellent especially the Christmas Day lunch 8 courses we were well and truly stuffed. Breakfast was very good a very large selection of dishes to cover all tastes. There was some noise from revellers outside which woke us up or kept us awake (Conway Street) which I imagine in the summer months could be very annoying. Only downside was could not get around to see the Island as buses were Sunday service (practically non-existent) most shops were shut so could not hire a car. Be warned if you go to Jersey on a Bank holiday most shops and places are shut and a limited bus service. Overall a very nice break but will avoid bank holidays in future.

“I wonderful place to stay whilst visiting Jersey”

The hotel had a wondeful seafood night buffet with as much seafood as I had ever seen in one place! For 22 pounds you could eat as many oysters as your body could take.

“Would highly recommend”

Very convenient location for doing other things in Jersey, such as bike hire, catching buses, eating out,etc Breakfasts excellent with attentive service. Very comfortable rooms and very clean. Would also recommend the cafe bar for informal meals and drinks - nice atmosphere.

“Such a special place!”

This is our second visit to this amazing hotel. This visit was for my boyfriends birthday. This hotel can only aim to please, you don't like something or you are after something special they will do it for you. The rooms are spotless and the beds like clouds themselves. After a cancellations and flight alterations all we wanted to do was relax and this hotel provides it. We went for the jersey ralley and such a great location as the start was 100 metres away. The town centre of St Helier is a stones throw away and within easy reach.

“Fantastic Hotel”

We were upgraded to a wonderful room with seating area. Hotel is lovely with fascinating history during the German occupation. Dining is superb, especially the Seafood Buffet on Friday night. Service was impeccable and hotel is perfectly situated for shopping and bus station to explore the island.

“Very Impressed”

Brill place to stay, on top of everthing. Shops,Pubs, Clubs, and Bus station over the road. very impressed with the Hotel. Staff very helpfull, Food really good. We went when the Tennerfeast was on. Can recommend to all, Go and try. Really lovely Island, hope to go back and see more .

revieforpomme dor hotel jersey we have stayed in 4&5 star hotels all over europe but this hotel outshone them all staff situation of the hotel room & food all first class cannot praise this hotel enough would reccomend it to everyone and would stay there again well done to all concerned
