Fabulous hotel, great breakfast, pool, location and pleasant friendly staff. Sadly some of the customers at the pool were less considerate and rude, jumping and diving into the pool despite clear requests not to!

Great location
This hotel has a good location with amazing views. We had the superior room with an ocean view and it was very nice. The room had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast in the hotel on our last day. They offer an A la Carte menu for breakfast and we ordered this after getting a cooked breakfast from the buffet which was cold. The service overall in the restaurant was good but there was one member of staff who did not provide the same level of service as others which dampened the experience. Overall a good stay in a nice hotel. We would return here.

Cozy, quiet and a home from home
Just a few days visiting family and this is one of a few hotels we stay at. Was a nice quiet stay, made homely with the attentive staff whom were simply fantastic. Very comfy bed, plenty of space, and a nice cozy room given the storms happening outside!

Everyone thinking a smoker is a criminal. I found that going outside to have a smoke after it rained - wet seats (supply a cushion) - no ashrays - no warmth - and from the dining area - no way of getting back in again except to bang on window and call out Wilma. The shower - well for 83 it was difficult and dangerous getting out and the bath is so high the shower didn't work. Other than that everything was great, the best I've had in a hotel with its variety. Particularly the breakfat and the fish meals. Good lighting. Excellent staff. So a big 10/10 for that. Though i must admit it did cut out a few fags - which must be good, eh! We had a big reception there as a wake for my uncle Billy Reynolds that was well done and all enjoyed excellent wine.

Very comfortable hotel within easy walking distance to the centre of St Helier and plenty of free parking available onsite. We previously stayed here 4 years ago and were critical of the terrible service in the hotel bar at that time. The hotel management has clearly addressed guest feedback on this issue and this time the service was excellent, with plenty of staff on hand to serve guests at their tables. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back again

The staff were excellent. The island was suffering from a gas issue, so no hot water, but the staff kept us updated and provided solutions. The views are excellent over the marina

Nice Stay
In a £300+ a night room a would have liked a mini fridge especially as was 25-28degrees all week. Otherwise, really enjoyed my stay, staff were great, food lovely and really liked sitting on terrace with a cold beer.

Excellent location
This hotel is in an excellent location, looks over the harbour and minutes to the huge sandy beach. We could see Elizabeth Castle from our window and is also walking distance when the tide is out or you can catch the ferry across. The outside terrace is lovely serving good food and cocktails overlooking the harbour. All staff were friendly and helpful. The bus station is five minutes away which was great to visit all over the island. Room was nice with sea view, bed was a bit hard for me but that’s personal taste. Very clean and modern, would stay again.

Quality at a cost. You get what you pay for.
Great hotel, great location. clean and friendly staff. As it should be for the cost. Food fantastic although everything a bit pricey. Personally I think a marina view room is better than a sea view room.

Excellent location for a visit to Jersey. All staff friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was amazing and freshly cooked. Rooms were bigger than normal and the view of the sea and marina added to the experience.

I booked one of the Panorama suites, and we were alocated 425 which was probably the best of the bunch having superb views over the harbour and beach. One of the main things we noticed was how quiet the room was - silent ! I had considered some of the other main hotels in St Helier, but on arrival these were right next to the busy main road which was very noisy, so glad I chose the Radisson as its away from the main road. The room was superb. I consider myself "fussy" but the room was perfect. The bed was HUGE - Super king meant my wife and I could sleep stretched out and have loads of room. The bed was comfortable firm foam and the aircon was excellent at keeping us cool (also whisper quiet). having a fridge and a decent coffee machine was great. Breakfast was probably one of the best I have had - everything you could wish for. TIP: if you want eggs other than scrambled - you ask for these on arrival. We ate in the hotel one night and the food was excellent - we dined in St Helier most nights. Superb hotel, wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Yes its a little more expensive, but for the views and peace - well worth it.

Fabulous hotel in a stunning location
Had a couple of issues on food not being as stated on the menu. This was quickly noted and resolved by your excellent reception Staff who could not have been more understanding and the result was to my satisfaction. The only fault was the restaurant that didn't have good menu and the specials were same every day for the week. The hotel is realy good and wonderful staff and location but restaurant lets itself down

Well located a short walk from downtown St Helier and the Marina. Although the room had seen some noticeable wear and tear, it was clean and the lobby/outdoor areas are quite nice.

Another fantastic stay at a Radisson Blu property. The hotel was in the heart of St Hellier near to the main shopping, pubs and restaurants. We had a big family room with a sea view. The room was very clean and the hotel was lovely with very friendly staff. I wouldn’t hesitate in staying at this hotel in the future.

Rooms were spacious and clean. View and outlook from the bar/breakfast area is outstanding ie the marina through to Elizabeth Castle/Island. Shame about the huge building site surrounding the hotel. The room service/bar food had very very few Gluten-free food options and the nearest convenience stores are the other side of the main road (not a direct hotel issue but still an issue for us)

Not bad, but could easily be better.
Good location, reception and great breakfast. Room was a good size but a rollaway bed had been made up that we didn’t want, need or ask for. Furniture is very tired. No usb charging, and a power socket by one side of the bed but not the other. Duvet not big enough for the very large bed. Good room amenities and aircon.

The friendliness of the staff was excellent and the sea views from the room were beautiful but did feel the furnishings in the room were getting a bit tired in need of replacement. While the breakfast was excellent the evening meals were also of a good quality but the service a bit slow. Overall had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Give this place a miss
Worst night sleep ever. Left half way through our stay had hardly anysleep. Complained to management about the poor quality beds, they just infomred us all rooms have been upgraded to these mattresses. They were not interested.
