“RECOMMEND!!!”

They have a eat drink sleep motto and we did all three and they did a wonderful job of each. We only stayed for a night but would definitely recommend it to others and take our children with us next time. Only a short walk into St. Helier town centre which is a bonus as well!

“Jersey First Timers”

The hotel was very clean and friendly, the food excellent. The only complaint we had was disturbed sleep due to the close proximity of the main road and noisy traffic and the lack of air conditioning in the room.

“Convenient, modern”

Lovely hotel, great service, kind staff. Just a little noisy, could hear voices in other room and no air conditioning, fan provided however.

“A Great Short Break”

Hotel was fine. Both the room and bathroom was immaculate with flat screen T.V and ipod dock. We spoke to quite a few of the staff and all were helpful and friendly. We didn't use the restaurant for evening meals but breakfast was great with all that you needed. The hotel is on a hill but not that far up so it's not that much of a climb but the road is very very busy, which was fine if you kept the windows closed but extremly noisey if you wanted it open. I found hotel rooms generally expensive in Jersey but this was a middle price hotel with a great all round service and definetly worthy of it's rating. I wouldn't recommend it for people who have problems getting up the stairs as although the hotel has a small lift you still have small narrow steps to climb to get to some rooms. We hired a car which was probably the best money we spent, it was so much easier than getting the bus as bus stops are not that easy to identify. 4 nights was more than enough in Jersey. I wouldn't go there for our main holiday but would return for a short break as it's so relaxing, although I wouldn't stay in St Hellier as there is no need if you have a car.

“Very impressed”

Having stayed in several 4* St Helier hotels (such as the Hotel de France), the Inn was as good if not better. I have had worse rooms in 4* St Helier hotels than my room at the Inn, and paid at least £100 per night more than at the Inn! Sure, you don't get the grand reception as you walk in, but the help and assistance (which is what matters) was second to none. Breakfast also was superb. Indeed better than the others, because the hot food was cooked to order, whereas the others have it congealing under hot lamps (and the Radisson can't even manage a teapot). I wasn't certain when I booked this, but was very pleased that I did so.

“Jersey weekend”

Hotel was well presented and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. A little bit of a walk into town, not really convenient if you want to eat out somewhere else. But all in all very nice, would happily go back

“Christmas stay 2011”

We had an excellent time at the Inn, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Good quality products provided for shower room.

“Nice hotel, especially for a 3*”

The restaurant manager was great, very attentive, good service and used my name so I felt at home. Breakfast was good too. Reception staff seemed a bit curt and although I asked for my hair dyer to be changed (its wasn't working) alas this never happened. Its a good location, close to town and although its on the main road it was relatively quiet inside.

“A pleasant week”

Hotel was very clean and well presented, all staff were very pleasant and helpful, Rooms were kept very clean, Bar tended to get very busy on weekend evenings.
