Super, friendly hotel.Posted Mar 28, 2015
Cons: The room windows were either fully open or fully closed.
Location: 10 mins walk to Town Centre..
All hotels have their faults and this was no exception. However, the pros truly outnumbered the cons. Smart, friendly and efficient staff. Excellent food and plenty of it.Only a 7-10 minute easy walk into St Helier Liberty Square. If the price was right we would definitely stay again.

Savoy StHelierPosted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: The restaurant food The breakfast choice The comfy bed White Company toiletries The staff
Cons: Crepes instead of pancakes at breakfast.
Location: Everywhere is near. We hired a car. Saw the German hospital, Mont Orgeuil and many sandy bays in five days. Multiplex cinema. Shops mainly St Helier.
Well situated hotel. Car parking offered so easy to walk into St Helier from there. It doesn't take long to get anywhere in Jersey though, and every day we went across the island and back again to beautiful bays and historical sites, e.g the underground German hospital. The timing of our visit could have been better as many attractions open on 25th March. We were a week too early for the outdoor hotel pool too. We couldn't fault the staff, with their charming manner. They were always friendly and helpful. Comfortable room, warm, hot water plentiful, cosy bed, soft towels. We didn't use the bar, but the jazz evenings were popular with many. The restaurant food was a delight, and the special on offer each vying or as part of the jazz nights great value. Breakfast brought a huge choice of foods. The only slight disappointment we had was stodgy American pancakes fir breakfast when we expected lighter crepes being so close to France.

Great Hotel with lovely rooms and perfect foodPosted Mar 23, 2015
As I work in Jersey I was trying to find a Hotel that was reasonably priced but also that was a comfortable place to spend a week. The hotel reception is very welcoming and the staff were efficient and attentive. The hallway and stairs and lifts are very clean and fresh. The room was lovely, really clean, lovely bed linen, great TV and a nice big bathroom. There was a little bit of messy silicone on the bathroom but this is a very picky thing to say as it was near perfect. I can't think of anything else to pick up on. The breakfast was lovely. One thing I will say is if you go there you must have food in the bar or restaurant. I was told by the Taxi driver that people go to eat there even if they are not staying! So I had the chicken Pad Thai one night and I have been to Thailand and it was better than any pad Thai I had in Thailand! Also, the next day I had steak and chips and it was totally delicious. I am quite fussy about eating out and I can't wait to go back just to eat there again. I also had desert there and it was divine. I had a chocolate torte and an extra of Jersey ice cream which I wanted to try. Loved it. All topped off with a lovely sleep in a very comfy bed :)

Brilliant hotel and staffPosted Mar 12, 2015
Cons: Nothing was an issue whilst we stayed.
Location: 10 minutes walk to the centre of St Helier
Stayed at the Savoy on a last minute surprise booking to celebrate my wifes birthday. On arrival we were very happy with both the hotel and staff. All in all we had an excellent stay and will definitely be back. Would highly recommend as it was great value for money and the facilities, food and staff were excellent.

Nice, clean, friendly hotel.Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: Clean, modern, friendly & a short10 minute walk to the town centre.
Cons: The only fault we found was that the temperature of the shower in my room didn't seem to move from hot, hot hot!! But this was a small thing.
Location: Shopping, friendly pubs/restuarants, beach/marina walk. Close to the bus station so ideal to take a tour around Jersey. Temby was also a lovely area
My sister & I originally booked to take our parents away for a surprise weekend break as it was there 45th Wedding Anniversary. The hotel staff were ever so friendly & helpful and gave my parents a room with a view of the outdoor pool, and also left a fruit basket in there room. The rooms were clean and modern and the bedding and towels were changed both nights of our stay. The hotel was situated only a 10 minute walk from the local shops/beach/and bus station. The breakfast offered a varied choice & the food in the evening was tasty and presented well.

QualityPosted Jan 3, 2015
Visiting Jersey for the first time in over 20 years , our target was relax, good food and enjoy the island. The choice of hotel can often be a gamble at this time of year, but this option delivered top marks. the ability to make all customers special throughout our stay was a master class from all staff members in Customer care (in all areas including housekeeping , service staff and to the senior management team) The quality of food was exceptional in all aspects of the dining experience with a special mention for breakfast retaining quality of a Fine dining establishment .
