Great Breakfasts and nice comfort..Posted Aug 7, 2013
Pros: Great breakfasts and comfortable rooms and decor.
Cons: Parking and use of fridge in room that is stacked with hotel drinks etc.
Location: Center of Jerusalem 20 minute walk to bustling city. Need transportation to reach old city. Close to Israel Museum etc. cabs and busses available.
Quality hotel in Jerusalem great breakfasts, clean, modern and wifi.

Very comfortable stayPosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
We frequently stay in IC hotels and this Crowne Plaza was an exceptionally good choice for our final night in Israel. This is a very convenient location to the central Jerusalem bus station, although we had our own hire car.The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had great facilities that made it a sanctuary in the midst of the busyness of Jerusalem. We were able to relax and dine at the hotel on the eve before our international departure.

Staff tops, hotel notPosted Jul 26, 2013
Pros: staff and breakfast
Cons: Lack of maintenance
Location: Okay if you have a car.
The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. There is a superb selection of food and drink. The rest is very ordinary. The room was clean but the whole hotel needs a make over. Rust, shabby appointments and outdated furniture are the order of the day. The staff are great. Very responsive and pleasant. A special mention for the conciege who showed tremendous patience with the constant questions fired at him.

Room 732 DirtyPosted May 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is not a hotel that is kept in good order. The rust in the bathroom, the broken lamp, the blood on the carpet and the terrible internet connection.... tells it all.The famous Israeli breakfast must have missed this joint. Sorry staying at Ramada's top of the line hotel in Jerusalem is a bad idea for people looking for a quality hotel

Great hotelPosted Feb 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The newly renovated rooms are very nice, bed is comfortable. But the bathroom feels cramped. Parking is a hassle, thier lot is sometimes full they don't care to help you. I prepaid parking for the whole stay but if it was full i didn't have where to park. I would like that I just pull up to the front and leave my car with valet parking, even for additional charge. I will stay there again, great and friendly staff, I just hope they do something at least about the parking.
