Pros: Proximity to Old City and German Quarter
Cons: Room size
Location: 15 minute walk to Old City and German Quarter
Nice hotel, in a perfect location. Easy walk to the Old City and the German Quarter. Also free parking. Only drawback is that the rooms are a bit small. But the other advantages outweigh this. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Helpful staff with good English
Cons: Very hard beds
Location: A little distant from Old City
The staff was friendly and helpful even during a busy time like Passover and Holy Week. The beds are very hard but he rooms are pretty and of good size. Breakfast was terrific. I would stay here again.

Pleasant and clean

The hotel is becoming tired looking. It is still clean and neat and the breakfasts were quite adequate. Overall I would give it 3 1/2 stars.

Disappointing stay
Posted Jan 7, 2012
Well situated, within a few blocks walk from the historic district of Jaffa, but the hotel is disappointing. The sheets / comforter were way too short for the bed. BTW, do not follow the google map. It takes travelers to the same address of a street by the same name in a town just east of where the hotel is actually located.

My wife wanted to surprise my for my Bday,we arrived to the hotel and there was no parking, I had to park a mile away and walk to the hotel. when I get to the hotel they lost my reservation and I waited for two hours until it was fixed, finally when I get a room there where Stains on the towels and sheets. the next day 7:30 AM Friday morning they started renovation at the room next to me and the noise was unbearable, breakfast was OK except they served fruit from a can, we where out of there by 9AM. don't go there!!!!

Pros: The Staff
Cons: None
OUR STAY WAS SUPERB. We were there for 4 nights. The hotel was quaint. Not a big hotel but had all the amenitites that we required. The service was excellent. The staff could not have been friendlier. I was travelling with my mother who is elderly with special needs, the staff accomodated her stay in the best way possible. I would go again and we preferred it over the Dan Panorama in TelAviv.
