Pros: Close to old city. Clean rooms.
Cons: The front desk staff attitude was a bit brusque. They were unable to provide directions to the light rail station located very nearby.
Nice hotel. Good location. Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms.

Nice note, close to public transportationPosted Jan 17, 2015
Pros: Pool area, breakfast buffet, staff extremely helpful
Cons: AC in rooms in B wing did not work but it was winter so it wasn't as much of a problem for us.
Location: Old City, Jaffa Street, Mount of Olives, Central Bus Station
Stayed in this hotel 2x during the month of December. Hotel in currently being renovated, but one would not know this during there stay. It was easily accessible to the tram (a 2 minute walk) that will take you to the many places (e.g., Old City, Jaffa, and Central Bus Station) at a low cost.

Great food, good location!Posted Jan 12, 2015
While located in the Old City, it was safe. Nothing to fear. Tons of foreign tourists. Great for a visit to the Hebrew University, located nearby. Rates were very competitive. Would stay there again.
