“Recommended for Families and anyone else”
Fabulous location near the Old City, Ben Yehuda and other attractions, and easy to find.
We arrived early (11:30) and the hotel allowed us to park (for free) in their underground car park, would have been happy to get our room ready quickly (but we were rushing off sightseeing, so it was not necessary) and, on seeing our 4 year old had his arm in plaster and a sling, the guest services manager got him a special present of a kids rucksack with toys etc. as well as a rucksack for our 10 year old.
The room was excellent, very quiet, and facilities and extras (such as bathrobe and slippers) spot on. The only hiccup was asking for an extra bed for our injured son and their not seeing how to do so. I had to pull the extra bed from under the sofa and show them! It meant 5 beds in a room, but that was still comfortable.
Absolutely great breakfast, despite them changing over for Pesach (Passover) and an added bonus on the afternoon of a snack before we departed, having left our car in the car park again, until late afternoon, after checking out in the morning.
The hotel could not have been more accommodating and, despite the high price of the room for a one night stay, it was excellent value.
