“Jerusalem stay”

While it caters to an observantJewish clientele, for those visiting Jerusalem who do not fit this profile, the availability of some services (like reasonable menus for a 5star hotel) are lacking. It is conveniently located, and the staff at the desk and spa were helpful and pleasant.

“Wonderful Hotel Spa for the Money”

The Inbal is about comfort and international business hotel character at a very good price, indeed it is the best in its price point in Jerusalem in my experience. This is not the place to go if you want a hotel with special local character, like arched windows and stone inner walls, or inspiring panoramas. But if your aim is modern clean light business class hotel with an attached health club and pool, and spa, then this is a wonderful choice. The pool is open (in summer) very long hours, opening before you can get sun-burned (important to me), and closing at about 9pm. The spa is nothing extraordinary, but offers a basic menu of massages and treatments, well done. There are sauna and steam rooms, and a very very good gym. They have enough facilities in the business centre, moderately priced, to handle most office needs. Some of the hotel shops also offer interesting stuff, above the usual trite tourest bric-a-brac, I saw some genuinely artsy things on offer. One challenge to a otherwise perfect level of service is the tendency of the lobby bar and cafe to quit serving warm at 10.00 pm, which is really not such a great thing for people who go out to concerts or at Mamilla, to name a few, and wish to return to the hotel for a snack or meal and relax. Regarding the clientele, they have a nice class of customer. And very highly welcome is the quiet and cleanliness. Overall, a great experience.

“One of the Best”

We traveled all around Israel and found this to be one of the best hotels we stayed it. It is within walking distance of the Old City as well as the shopping area where all the restaurants are. You get large hotel comforts and amenities with the feeling of a smaller more intimate hotel. The hotel is clean and the service great. We would definitely stay there again.

“Inbal hotel Jerusalem”

Great hotel in a good location close to the old city. Only complaint, there is no real conceirge to help with directions, tourist assistance etc. The front desk does the best they can, but they are not as knowledgable as they should be.

“perfect but pricey and under construction!”

An amazingly gorgeous, clean hotel in jerusalem, near to the old city. We stayed on 2 separate occasions over our 2 weeks in Israel, and found this hotel to be 5 stars, including very comfortable bed, good size room and excelllent food. This hotel helped make our first time in Israel a comfortable and memorable trip!!

“Fire the Hotel Desk Staff, its a really nice hotel”

The hotel staff made our lives difficult. I had to pull out my printed reservation with a full size bed so my husband and I did not have to take two twin beds. Bags were left unattended in the hallway long after our room was ready. By the way we paid for the Executive Level. There was construction going on, so we needed to phone the desk to have them stop drilling against the wall adjacent to our room. They stopped immediately. Good location, good food, pleasant overall atmosphere once we got thru the front desk people and phoned to stop all the noise.

Nice hotel. Very clean! But they did not have hair conditioner. The food was ok. Otherwise it was nice and great staff.
