Wonderful experience!

Posted Mar 29, 2015
Excellent location, spacious and pleasant, clean, excellent service. Reception desk made tour reservations for us and would not accept tip. Dinner was nice and reasonably priced. Loved the "rain" shower in the bathroom. Room included safe, good Internet connection, nice balcony, free parking.

Cons: For the high cost of their rooms, they should give better located rooms.
Was not given room I paid for. Had to complain to finally get the upgraded room. Then they wanted to charge me an additional $60 per night

Renovated room with workman waking us up

Posted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: Nice room; nice hairdryer
The renovated room was nice, but construction going on woke us up every morning. Israeli breakfast not as good as in the past

Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms need updating
Hotel has been nice for many years but showing wear and tear. Constant construction noise does not help. Rooms have always been on the small side, but as expected given central location. Staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast is great.

Excellent hotel, but daytime noise from constructi

Posted Jan 15, 2015 on Hotels.com
Excellent hotel Remarkable buffet breakfast. Excellent staff and facilities. Health club and olympic sized pool covered for use during the winter. Only problem is if you want to sleep during daytime. Hotel in process of renovating and there was an unbearable amount of daytime noise. The hotel does warn about construction, but I imagine I was placed in a remodeled room just above a room in the process of being remodeled. I still feel the vibration .

Love the breakfast!

Posted Jan 7, 2015
Pros: The location, appearance and breakfast.
Cons: The mattresses are a bit hard. I would like a feather bed or some sort of softer topping. The comforters, while warm, are not so cozy.
Location: You can walk to Mamila Mall, Emek Rafaim, Yemin Moshe, Old City, Emek Rafaim and First Station.
This is my second time at this hotel and I went back because of its upscale appearance and the incredible breakfast. I would stay longer just to keep eating there! The beds are not as comfortable as I would like, but the rooms are quiet and nice--especially the bathrooms. The lobby is big, open and bright, and I like the big courtyard in the center of the hotel.

Excellent experience- Elegant, inviting, and warm

Posted Dec 18, 2014
Pros: Service was amazing, food excellent , location fabulous
Location: Near Old City and German Colony and a short walk to shopping - well situated
I spent 5 days at the Inbal and it was wonderful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is wonderful and the service is superb. The food was delicious and elegantly served (best omelet maker at breakfast in all of Israel). Most of all the ambiance is warm and the staff is caring. I have stayed at many of the other nearby five star hotels in Jerusalem in the past and I much prefer the Inbal- It is a home away from home with all the amenities (including a fabulous fitness center and free WIFI throughout)

Pleasant Stay!

Posted Dec 14, 2014
Pros: Proximity to Mamila Mall and the Jaffa Gate!
Cons: Everything was pleasant and appealing - I really have no complaints!
Location: Old City, Begin Museum (very interesting), light rail to Israel Museum and Yad Vashem
Spent a week at the Inbal and it was very comfortable, quiet, and restful! My room (451) was a bit of a hike from the elevator and I have paid a premium for a view of the Old City walls (although I really didn't see that much of the old city walls!!). The air conditioning must have been turned off for the time of year but opening the window provided a good deal of fresh air. Food in the restaurant was amazing!! One could spend the morning trying out the array of dishes on offer - truly an amazing, Israeli event and not to be missed!
