No AC, no one came to repair, all questions were shifted to others that were not on premises. Everyone passed the buck

Nice hotel near main action, Resturants & grocery.

View of sunset and sunrise magnificent from 16th floor old city view. Lobby is under minor construction. Staff is extremely gracious and helpful. After calling front desk for late checkout and no response my husband went down and got more gracious assistance and a late checkout.

Pros: The Location cant be beat.
Location: Visit the Mamilla Mall at the entrance to the old city.
The room I stayed in was very comfortable and clean

Center of everything, and comfort too.

The room was large and comfortable, the bed cozy. The bathroom was large and well equipped. A refrigerator hot water kettle and tea and coffee were provided. There were many electrical outlets and a TV. We got the breakfast plan and the food was spectacular. Everything was delicious but the sad thing was that we couldn't try each dish. We will definitely stay there again.

It was fine

I stayed for two nights and then for another two night. The first two nights I had bathrob and slippers but the. They were gone for the last two nights. The staff never answers the phone at the front desk!

Disgusting hotel

I dont kniw how they get away with it. some how they are rated as a 5 star hotel when in fact they are probably somewhere between a 1and 2 star hotel. The rooms are filthy, there isnt even a bottle water in the room, food ordered at room servuce had a hair in it.. all and all a bad experience.

快適だが、設備説明書不足

全般的に快適ではあったが、部屋内電話の使用法などの説明が置いてなく、外線発信法はフロントに聞かねばならなかった。ホテル内の設備(レストラン、スパなど)に関する説明も置いておらず、やや不親切。スタッフの対応は良かった。
