Best location and good servicePosted Mar 4, 2015
Pros: Location and safety and people are friendly.
Cons: Change the heater fan to a radiator
Location: Situated opposite the new gate, quick access to all sights in the 4 quarters of the old city and cafes, shops from Mamilla Mall to old market
This is the best location to stay if you visit Jerusalem - one block away from tram, walking distance to the old city and the new. Rooms are small with minimal amenities - no refrigerator and no water boiler/coffee maker. Service is very good. Patrons are polite and friendly. I feel safe and cozy staying there. The roof restaurant serves the best food and has a panorama view of the old city. If you are Christian, there is more to offer, but if you are non-Christian, you still feel at ease. Staff members are down to earth and modest people.

Ottimo Hotel, 4 stelle ampiamente meritatePosted Jan 9, 2015
Davvero complimenti!

Perfect location but can be betterPosted Dec 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is a perfect location right next to the city wall. Great architecture and very polite staff. The view and food in the Wine and Cheese Restaurant on the top floor was excellent. But I am not a big fan for wine and cheese but mainly refer to the dinner. Wifi is not reliable in room. Some electric socket was switched off in the main switch. Towels are old. But for the location I still give it a 5.

Hotelli JerusalemissPosted Nov 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
Viisi yötä hotellissa. Sijainti erinomainen. Hotelli siisti, mutta huoneissa ei televisiota. Myöskään ei huonepalvelua.

Great view and location.Posted Oct 30, 2014
Located across the street from the New Gate of old city walls. Great view of old city and Mount of Olives. Comfortable and clean rooms at a reasonable price. Good breakfast buffet included in price. Welcoming and helpful staff. Would definately stay here again and recomend to others.

Great location and lovely hotelPosted Oct 27, 2014
Across the road from the old city in Jerusalem... this is quite a gem. Rooms are clean and well kept. Service was very friendly with the exception of one staff in the restaurant at the top who felt the need to be a bit rude but maybe he was having a bad day. Meals were very good with good variety. Amazing views on the rooftop of the hotel.I always stay here when it is not booked out and I am never disappointed. I took a group last week and all were equally pleased with their visit.

Good locationPosted Oct 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
In general, is very good hotel. Kindly staff, beauty building, close than Jerusalem old city new gate. I recommend to catholic people. Some remarks about the room size, is a little bit smaller, and no TV and no frigobar inside, the bath amenidades didn't replacement or refueled.

Notre Dame of Jerusalem CenterPosted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: almost everything
Cons: Wi-Fi MUST BE IMPROVED. You *only* can get connected in the lobby at 90% and 50% at the restaurant, impossible in the rooms
Great location in Jerusalem (this was my second stay); excellent public transportation to anywhere and taxi services. Within 10-20 minutes of walking distance you can reach 70% of everything. When there, you *must* have a glass of wine (or two) at the wine and Cheese restaurant at sundown, starting at 45 minutes before sunset, fantastic views and experience and they have great Hors d'oeuvres and Apéritifs breakfast is normal buffet that needs improvement
