Hotel was clean, quiet, and in a great location - just a couple of blocks from Mechane Yehuda, and about a 20-30 minute walk to the Old City. Being able to park the car without a charge on the premises was great for us as well. Would definitely stay here again. And this is definitely NOT in east jerusalem, like many other properties listed in expedia.

“A haven for observant Jews”

The staff was outstanding... So helpful and professional in Every way. The food is excellent, the opportunity for Mikva and minyan is rare and very valuable. We will stay again, great value too.

The hotel is certainly star over-rated. With my previous hotel experience, the hotel looks like 2.5 or 3 stars (definitely not 4).

“Not exactly a palace”

Well located especially for a religious vistor. Lackadasical staff. Wanted to charge me late checkout fee at 9 a.m. Allover Ok but not a palace.

“No way”

This hotel is very dificult to find if you are driving, even with a GPS, which I had. They offer no parking and i had to park at a metered area several blocks from the hotel. Staff was less than helpful in assisting me as to where to park. The room needs a good paint job and the televison should have been replaced a long time ago. The neighborhood is less than attractive.

“Lacks Customer Service - Concierge”

Front desk staff was clueless about things outside of the hotel. It was surprising that they did not know anything about the local bus service or where bus stops were. The one front desk person was usually overwhelmed and unable to cope. Could or would not provide a copy of paid bill on checkout
