Great locationPosted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: Rooms are pleasant and clean, breakfast is included with a full selection of Koshur items.
Location: This hotel has a great location, about a 20 minute walk to the Old City. There are several restaurants in the area. Koshur and non Koshur.
Nice hotel, staff welcome was fine and the room was ready even for an early arrival. Staff was able to answer any questions I had about Jerusalem.

Quiet neighborhood.Posted Jul 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
We asked for two twin beds and got them, but there was no space in the room to separate them so they were effectively a double bed. The room smelled of smoke when we got there, and we were told we would not get a new room but they would spray air-freshener. The AC did not work and the room was hot. The thing that upset me the most apart from the tiny rooms and the fact that Internet access had to be paid for on a per- device rate, was the fact that the dining staff could not answer questions about allergens in the breakfast. Even a cheap $100/- chain hotel in the US has that information, or at least people willing to investigate. For ~ $200/- a night, I will be going elsewhere next time. I do want to commend the night manager - an older gentleman who was gracious and polite and very helpful arranging a tour for us and packing a carefully organized breakfast.

The room and hotel were a good deal, centrally located a 15 minute walk from the Old City and downtown Jerusalem. Easily accessible by bus to other locations.

Very nice hotel in quiet neighborhoodPosted Jul 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is a 3 star, located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood -Talbyeh- but very close to all attractions. The service is excellent in all areas and the pusrpose is to make you feel comofrtable: front desk, restaurant/breakfast, cleaning. They try to solve every problem you may have. The israeli breakfast is complete. The room is a bit small, with not great decoration (it needs some refurbishment), but very clean, and the bed and mattress are very comfortable. Internet is free at the lobby (you have to pay a fee at your room) and it is an added value.

Nice hotelPosted Jun 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
Stayed with my family; very satisfied. Staff was VERY helpful. For example, one staff person spent a good 20 minutes helping me buy tickets from a Hebrew-only website. Outstanding breakfast buffet. My only significant complaint was that the carpet was extremely dirty. Other minor oddities were that each day we got a random number of towels and often no extra toilet paper, but the hotel was very accommodating and fast when we requested extra. Good location within reasonable walking distance to Jaffa Gate, Ben Yehuda/Jaffa Streets, Mamilla, etc.

the rooms are small. The location is good. Most of the desk clerks are helpful. The music in the lobby is a nice touch.

Great location & staff was awesome. A bit overpriced for quality of rooms, but location saved on transportation cost. Very quiet.
