Oasis of calm

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: The rooms,the food,the staff.
Cons: Theroom service menu.My onion soup was salty,I was told 3 different numbers to get thro' to the café.A long wait when restaurant is open for dinner.
Location: A quiet street.Bus transport 2 mins. away to all areas of Jerusalem.A short walk to Liberty Bell Park. Walkable to main shoppig area, and Old City.
My 4th stay in 9 years.Always welcoming,with a courteous staff,a restful environment,a well equipped room,and a copious breakfast.A,pleasurable experience.

Great location for the Old CIty

We moved from the Dan Panorama (at the end of our tour) to the Prima Royale to save money. We're glad we did. This is a much home-ier hotel, smaller, Wi-Fi free only in lobby which promotes mingling with other guests, beuatiful roof-top for lounging, watching the sunset, over-looking Jerusalem, easy walk to Mamila Mall and the Old City. We'd stay here again, for sure.

Friendly front desk staff, especially a young woman from Italy. Wish internet access were free in the room.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind words regarding the service you received from our Front Desk Guest Service. We pride ourselves on superior customer service. We apologize that there is not free wifi in the rooms, but the wifi is free in the common areas, and soon this will change. Perfectly acceptable

Small clean hotel, air conditioning did not work, TV did not work (but fixed). Iron ruined my clothes as it was filthy. One lift out of action. Other was fine. Food okay. Wifi in the lobby was fine (not free in the room). Parking helpful but very squashed - lucky to get parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean. Small window and pleasant view. Good value

Good value and very helpful staff; Rooms comfortab

Stayed there with my adult son and found everyone extremely helpful and friendly; the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We ended up staying there 4 nights instead of 2 because we found it very convenient to everything and the rates were very good. It is not a luxury hotel but I would definitely recommend it to others and will stay there next time we visit Jerusalem.

Nice outpost for visiting Jerusalem

Posted Mar 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Really liked the fact that it was walking distance to the Jaffa Gate, a number of good restaurants, ATMs, and shops. The hotel itself was very nice, although the rooms are on the small side (like in any big city). Israeli breakfast included was very good. The front desk was very helpful in arranging airport transportation, giving me several options. There is a patio on the rooftop with a great view (but not so warm in February!).

Excellent Location. Walking distance to Old City

Hotel is OK. Breakfast is good. Only minimal concern is the Wi-Fi. 2 out of 6 nights the Wi-Fi on the lobby did not work. Rooms have wi-fi, but I decided not to use it.Other than that, I would stay here again.

Pros: Location
Food was not good. Rooms were small and no place for luggage. Bathrooms poorly designed and we had to ask fot tissues, tp and clean glasses. I would not stay here again.
