Pros: Location
Food was not good. Rooms were small and no place for luggage. Bathrooms poorly designed and we had to ask fot tissues, tp and clean glasses. I would not stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to sleep that clean, safe with friendly staff its a good choice. Theres nothing special about the accomodations but for the price you cant beat it.

Needs improvement

I would rather they spend money on improving wifi than have a piano player at breakfast. Front desk could improve if they chose to want to be helpful.

Home away from home

Pros: The location and the ambience.
Cons: The hotel could do with a little cosmetic updating in the rooms
Location: The hotel is very near to the centre of Jerusalem from which we walked through the whole city.
On the whole, the hotel's staff are friendly and helpful. If something is wrong, they will usually put it right straight away. We have been to the hotel in the past and are looking forward to going again.

Pros: Very accommodating (e.g., late checkout) staff Free WIFI in Lobby. Excellent free breakfast.
Location: Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, yet centrally located. Active, beautiful, friendly synagogue conveniently located at the corner, across the street.
Excellent accommodations, staff and service. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Pros: Rooms are pleasant and clean, breakfast is included with a full selection of Koshur items.
Location: This hotel has a great location, about a 20 minute walk to the Old City. There are several restaurants in the area. Koshur and non Koshur.
Nice hotel, staff welcome was fine and the room was ready even for an early arrival. Staff was able to answer any questions I had about Jerusalem.

Quiet neighborhood.

We asked for two twin beds and got them, but there was no space in the room to separate them so they were effectively a double bed. The room smelled of smoke when we got there, and we were told we would not get a new room but they would spray air-freshener. The AC did not work and the room was hot. The thing that upset me the most apart from the tiny rooms and the fact that Internet access had to be paid for on a per- device rate, was the fact that the dining staff could not answer questions about allergens in the breakfast. Even a cheap $100/- chain hotel in the US has that information, or at least people willing to investigate. For ~ $200/- a night, I will be going elsewhere next time. I do want to commend the night manager - an older gentleman who was gracious and polite and very helpful arranging a tour for us and packing a carefully organized breakfast.
