Un buon Hotel situato in una zona caratteristica.

Pros: Organizzazione della reception, the e caffe acqua gratis in camera.
Cons: Forse maggiore empatia personale con gli ospiti.
Location: Quartiere tranquillo e a due passi da una caratteristica via araba. Trecento metri dalla Porta di Damasco.
Tutto sommato una bella esperienza. Hotel gradevole anche se il personale (come sovente accade in paesi arabi e/o sudamericani) come numero è sproporzionato, almeno secondo i nostri canoni. In pratica in quattro giorni non abbiamo mai avuto il piacere di vedere la stessa persona alla reception. Idem per la sala colazioni. Ne sconta quel, sia pur minimo, contatto personale, nel senso che con ciascuno ti tocca ripetere il discorso del giorno precedente. Comunque gente disponibile, anche se forse in taluni casi con una ostentata professionalità (non necessaria) che potrebbe a qualcuno far risultare "freddo" il contatto. Strana sensazione per gli arabi e palestinesi, notoriamente accoglienti e disponibili. Ottimo invece l'approccio linguistico. Di qualunque estrazione sociale (dal manager al più umile venditore per strada) tutti si arrangiano bene con l'inglese. Palpabile la profonda e radicata antipatia reciproca tra isrealiani (gentilissimi comunque a loro volta) e arabi palestinesi. Non serve assistere alle purtroppo frequenti agitazioni improvvise, per rendersi conto che il problema della convivenza è ben al di là dall'essere risolto. Come turista non rischi nulla. Di volta in volta o gli arabi o gli israeliani ti avvertono che in quel posto "oggi" è meglio non andare. Il tutto con la massima gentilezza, dopotutto tu sei un "ospite" (aggiungo gradito) e quello non ti riguarda.

Good position but in East Jerusalem.

This hotel is reasonably positioned. However, The staff were very unhelpful. The service at breakfast was non existant and the quality was pretty poor. The suite was a reasonable size but not great value for money. I would look elsewhere first and book this as last resort.

Smart clean hotel with rooftop pool

Fantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the Old City. Very smart and clean. The staff were brilliant, friendly & polite. Breakfast good with lots of choice. The rooftop pool was a big bonus.

Both me and my friend enjoyed the hotel very much. The hotel staff were very friendly and prodivded excellent service. I wold recommend this hotel to others traveling to Jerusalem.

Great hotel

Pros: The location & pool were what drew me to this particular hotel.... and was not disappointed.
Cons: Transfers to & from the airport would have been nice...
Location: Fantastic location in the east of Jerusalem, where the people are very friendly. Only 10 minute walk to the Damascus Gate and old city...
We had a fab time in Jerusalem which was enhanced by the fantastic location, friendliness of the staff, great breakfast and superb views over the city.

Great Location

Pros: Felt plush, v v v comfy bed.
Cons: Bathroom wasn't cleaned well
V good hotel, yes there is construction nearby but i think you will find Jerusalem is very noisy anyway and it doesn't start particulary early. Great location, 5 mins to the old city and 20 mins to downtown so you can't ask for more. Room was plush, only negative is the cleaners should take better care of the bathrooms. Breakfast was great, good selection and attentive staff.
