“Excellent service in a clean environment”

I was impressed by the service of all personel, the cleanliness of the entire facility, and the comfort and amenities of the room. I am a woman who periodically travels alone and one of my chief concerns is both the perceived and the real safety offered by a facility. This hotel had both. Of all the hotels in the area I have been to, this is the first one to which I will be sure to return.

“Very Nice, Excellent Value”

While not technically in Columbia, the hotel sits right next to a main highway interchange that gives you very quick access to all that Columbia offers (8 minutes), BMI (15 minutes), Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab (20 minutes), multiple malls within 15 minutes, etc. Not a whole lot around the hotel (area is "OK"), but I found the hotel to be very clean and well maintained room-wise and common area-wise. I did not have time to use pool or restaurant. Front desk personnel were very pleasant - check in and out was a breeze. Price, when compared to all other hotels in area (to include Columbia, BMI area, etc), was exceptional. WiFi was included, but no breakfast.

“Good hotel, but noisy A/C”

We just spent a quick night, but the room was clean and in good condition. My only complaint was the noisy A/C unit that never shut off when the temp got below the set point.
