Bad experience. Poor customer service and circuit breaker blew because hair dryer was used.

Nice!Posted Apr 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
I was here 3 years ago, and since then they renovated the lounge area and breakfast area, and it is VERY nice now. Breakfast was good, with a decent amont of choices. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room was comfortable. I had to iron an outfit on my day of arrival, only to find out that the ironing board was broken. I called the front desk and had a new one within the hour. My only other complaint would be the poor water pressure from the shower. Other than that, I would probably stay here again next year for the same event (M3 Rock Festival).

Nice employees and helpful. It is clean and I like that the bed spreads are the ones that you can see that they wash, not the nasty ones(silk ones you know what never get washed)

Loved My StayPosted Apr 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
My room was comfortable and very clean. It had a refrigerator and coffee maker. The bathroom was a nice size with a door (some are not enclosed). There were buttons on the wall next to the door for 'do not disturb' and 'make up room'. These light up red and green, respectively. The lobby and lounge areas were cozy. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially on Easter Sunday with a chef who made omelets and pancakes. The eating area had flat screen tv's even small ones in the booths. Really cool. The front staff were very kind and helpful, especially the one working at night. A shopping center was across the street. Access to the freeway was very convenient. Would stay again!
