Good value; could be better

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Staff was very nice. Proximity to our business function was very convenient.
Cons: Facility needs a serious remodel. Needs better vending options and convenient to more floors.
Location: Location in general I can't speak too. Don't know Baltimore. It was convenient to our needs. Things to do are basic. Found a good meal nearby.
Very nice staff. Very tired facility. 10 years past a remodel. Everything is just tattered. Otherwise, very helpful and accommodating staff. Facility just needs attention. Until this is done I would hesitate on future stays to seek alternatives.

Dirty hotel with bugs

Posted May 27, 2015
Pros: Nothing
The front desk associate was rude. The lobby floor and hotel carpet were filthy. The elevator was dirty and reek of urine. The ice machine had mildew and maybe mold. The bedroom had gnats and was forgotten by housekeeping. Housekeeping produce substandard work.

What a dump

Posted May 21, 2015
My flight was delayed due to weather. I checked in at 10 pm and they had given away my non smoking room. Had to settle for a trashy smelling dump of a room. The front desk clerk blame me for the problem with my room, "check in is at 3 pm sir" like I had not paid for the room in advance. My las stay at La Quinta.

Room not ready until 5:00pm Completely unacceptabl

Posted May 16, 2015
The elderly man at night was extremely nice. Our main issue was not be able to have a room until after 5 when it should have been ready by 3.00. For the overpriced room all should have been ready . Plus we had to wait 20 minutes just to get a person to the front desk to check in.

Good overall experience

It's secluded in the woods with only vending machines for snacks and drinks. The room was clean and the included breakfast was good.(muffins, waffles, fruit and juice, etc.) Friendly staff. I would recommend for the price, it is better than the red roof next door.
