The front desk staff were all very incompetent. (No English was spoken. That was not, however, the issue. Few Jilin residents speak English. I do speak interm. Mandarin.) Language did cause a few misunderstandings. The main problem was extreme thoughtlessness and unprofessionalism. Breakfast was very poor quality.
