This hotel should hire a person that really has customer service skills. At checkout they were charging me for towels that i didnt take!! They made me feel like a thieve! Come on why would I steal a hotel's towel! It was ridiculous! In the end they didn't charge me for the towel, but threw my cash deposit on the counter, talk about rude!!!! I would of given this hotel a better review, but because of this imcompetent front desk person I'n giving it a 1.

very good service. reception staff ok with english. shuttle service to futian market very efficient. easy access to restaurants and binwang night market.
