One of the walls did not have any working outlets. The room was not throughly cleaned. There was a used condom wrapper in the drawer. There was advil pills on the floor. The bathroom door was broken. it was horrible. THERE WAS NO SIGN AT THE FRONT JUST AN OUTLINE!

I was happy had a good stay. Nice bed the king size so soft. We sleep like babies . Had iron and ironing born . I got my husband stuff for granddaughter wedding we looked nice because we had hairdryer too everything we needed to get ready . Wonderful time .

The location is right off of the interstate and the staff was incredibly friendly. The room is dated but the carpets are comfortable and the bed was great!

Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. But otherwise the rest of the room was clean. We were only there to sleep then move on so it served the purpose. The parking lot was a disaster lots of pot holes you had to dodge.

Needed a basic overnight stay while travelling so chose a basic hotel. Check in was ok; the clerk mentioned that the continental breakfast was coffee, juice and a granola bar and to not expect anything else. I did expect a basic continental breakfast when I booked as we had to be on the road early. It was coffee (very weak), juice, a choice of a nutrigrain bar. Not up to usual standards. The hotel itself is older, dated. It was clean but the bathroom door stuck and was noisy. Grab bar in bathtub was missing

Days Inn has always been our place to stay, due it being affordable, clean & convenient. Our latest stay in Joelton Tennessee was less than perfect.The room reeked like an ashtray. It was awful. We had made the reservation a few weeks in advance. I reported the smell to the office and we were offered either a can of spray, or to move to a room further away from where we were parked. We had been on the road for over 10 hrs, and all we wanted was a good rest. We took the can of spray and we went to bed. It didn't fix the problem as well as we would have liked. We were out of there first thing in the morning with our belongings smelling like cigarette butts. The room shouldn't smell like cigarette to begin with-it was a non-smoking room. And if someone broke the rules it should have been cleaned and sanitized deeply before having other guests in it. This is not a condemnation of Days Inn as a whole-only the Joelton location.

Stopped at this hotel to spend the night on the way back home. The room had very old dirty carpet. The walls were old wallpaper peeling off the bathroom. The wallpaper was peeling with mold all underneath it there was mold in the corners. I would stay away from this place if you’re looking for something clean. I cannot believe Days Inn allows such conditions in their hotel.

Very bad experience. There were roaches, notably several in the fridge. Mattresses were dirty. That was supposed to be breakfact included, but there was only a collation (drink cereal bars). We have complained to the staff (owner I believe here) and we have been told that, considering the situation they would reimburse us for the stay. But that could not be done directly, but through expedia. @Expedia customer service, please let us know what is the process for such reimbursement. Thank you.

we are so very sorry to hear this. when COVID hit, the breakfast got taken away and has not been brought back fully. we spray our property multiple times every week for bugs and are getting a new company to come in as well. we are really sorry that we could not reimburse you directly but since you booked through Expedia, we have no control over that. we really hope you get reimbursed as soon as possible and we are so sorry for the the bad stay.

Staff was very nice. Room was good, however, the carpet could use a cleaning. We have stayed here before and there isn't any hotels in the area, so for the overall it is a decent place to stay and the bed is comfortable. Pillows, well...I'm particular to my own.

There were some unique hole patterns in the sheets and top covers. Other bedding items were gently used or slightly stained. Pillows were great. Would definitely recommend the showerhead. If you stay here, check the toilet when you walk in. Give it at least three flushes before you choose to continue your stay in that room.

Upon arrival and check-in at the property I was given a room that had live roaches which prompted me to request a room change. The staff accomodated my request and the second room proved to be okay. In the morning when my companion and I went for breakfast there were only coffee, juice and granola bars for the guests.... THATS IT! How this property manages to stay in business amazes me. I would NEVER recommend it to others.

Made a reservation for a non smoking king bed and they didn’t save any. We’re traveling with a 2 month old baby and can’t stay in the smoking area, they didn’t have anymore king rooms available had to switch to a double bed.
