“Great B&B with excellent service”

We are a group of friends traveling together, looking for affordable rooms. We were ecstatic with this guesthouse - the place is beautiful, safe, clean, comfortable. We also received excellent service, above and beyond the expected.

“Clean and comfortable, BUT...”

We saw no management there the entire time we visited. The maid checked us in and made breakfast as well as cleaned the rooms. I was disappointed that management did not care enough to greet us. The housekeeper did the best she could and was very nice, but I don't think it sets a very good precedent and did not make us feel welcome at all. I doubt that I will stay here again. The owners and managers need to rethink this cost cutting strategy. It shows poor hospitality in a hospitality centered business.
