This was a terrible stay. Stayed for one night. No amenities given. When I called for assistance just after check in, I was told that housekeeping was closed. This was a previously unscheduled stop over because our flight from Victoria Falls to Windhoek was cancelled. I asked for water and was given 2 tiny 250ml bottles for my hubby & I. I asked for clean towels on the morning and housekeeping brought me a dirty towel. I don’t normally give negative reviews but the whole experience especially with housekeeping was way below par. Totally awful. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

The hotel is lovely and clean. I was impressed by spacious standard room with all the amenities. Check in was fast so was check out I appreciate the Schuttle service from and to the airport The food was good both dinner and breakfast On another note : I had to wait for an hour for the Schuttle even though I made arrangements on time. I also requested an iron and ironing board as I had an evening function it never came I ended up wearing my dress without ironing it. At night I ordered in room service meal but it never came. I fell asleep waiting

The hotel is lovely and the staff was so accommodating. Their breakfast buffet was exceptional as well as those preparing the grilled made-to-order dishes. I would rate that Raddison as one of the tops in the chain!

Staff is really rude, not helpful also racist. Not much food options out there. Same breakfast everyday, so not recommended for long stay. I ask for laundry several times, no one came. I requested breakfast in room (they have this service) but no one came, I asked for salt/pepper , just got rude reply. I can give so many examples.

As a gold member I usually expect to receive high levels of customer service. The room i received was incorrect, 2 beds instead of 1 queen, the bathroom door was off its hinge and could have been HS liability. It took over 30 minutes to check me in then a further 1hour and a half to find me another room. The receptionists were more interested in talking amongst themselves then assisting guests. I requested to speak to the duty manager who apologised and said he would make it for me, but I never saw or heard from him again. I requested twice for my invoice to be made out on my company name and in the end I never received same.

Hotel is not bad but not great arrived but no one tells you where to go or anything stopped in front of the hotel had to off load my bags no one welcomes you nothing had to ask security to get me a trolley for my bags had to take my bags to my room myself with the hotel trolley Booked a room and pid for 3 people as my 4 year old son traveled with us got to the room there is no bed or sleeper bed for him the service is non existent breakfast was good room is nice but bath was dirty and had some oil residue in it only stayed one night so for one night its fine but wont return

The hotel is beautiful and airy with lovely rooms and common areas. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of many USB charger sockets for international travelers. The service was up to an international standard, professional and friendly. I had an exceptional spa treatment in their gorgeous well-appointed facilities. The hotel lacks a little in the variety of food on the limited evening and room service menu with no deli or place to buy water and sundries, considering it’s remote location. The buffet breakfasts are excellent. Over the weekend I stayed there was a large group (bus loads actually) of corporate guests who held big parties on Friday and Saturday evening. As a consequence there was a lot of noise, music, voices, shouting in the corridor and door slamming through the night until 5am. I am not sure if this happens frequently due to the attached Convention centre. The Sunday was lovely and peaceful. I would definitely stay again even though it is in the middle of nowhere. The Radisson has a quieter and more peaceful atmosphere than other hotels by the airport (despite the weekend party noise which is a random lottery I guess). I have just moved to another hotel near the airport (for the same price) because of availability and the rooms and vibe aren’t half as nice. The Radisson feels luxurious considering the reasonable price.

The rooms were very new and very clean , the restaurants had great food and the service from all of the staff members was incredible.. It has a nice big campus with a beautiful pool and sitting area. The location of the hotel confused me a bit, because there was literally nothing else around it. But within the location walls, it was spectacular.
