The property itself was accommodating. The bellmen, ALL OF THEM were exceptionally pleasant, and went above and beyond expectations. One of which helped secure our baggage out of a drivers trunk after itnwould not open. 1 hour later and back seats removed we had our luggage. The luggae was clean and ALL staff were welcoming. Now the bad part. Traveling abroad everything seems a bit smaller. They donnot offer 2 full size/queen beds in one room, only twins. There was an altercation in which a staff member blatantly lied abputnwhybwe could not check out on the Executive floor which we stayed. The Hotel manager told her to apologize. She did not. The hotels manager Mr. B. Maredi seemed unfazed and walked away leaving his employees to handle misinformation. I had to reach out to Hilton directly to get resolve. Other than that unfortunate incident, it was a generally overall pleasant experience.
