“Great place to stay when arriving/leaving JNB”

Extremely friendly, customer friendly and flexible. Wonderful breakfast. Nice, comfortable rooms. Calm and relaxing environment. We had a great stay and I highly recommend the Outlook Lodge. Easy access to/from O R Tambo International Airport (JNB).

“A lovely little Hotel”

This Lodge was a home from home,we loved every minute of it. We were taken good care of, Francois was amazing and the food was incredible.What a lovely stay and we reccommend this to everyone.

The hotel lobby and rooms were clean and comfortable, the shuttle was prompt, and the breakfast was ample and delicious. However, the most notable feature was the exceptionally accommodating and friendly staff, and I felt truly valued as a guest.

“Perfect location if you need to overnight at Johannesburg (JNB) airport”

Very convenieht to JNB airport, but feels like you are out in the country. Excellent rooms and environs, staff was above par in helpfullness, and made you feel like you were vising your best frineds home. If travel itinerary is similar, I will always try to stay here.

Relatively close to Tambo International Airport (~20 minutre ride). Stayed overnight in between flights. Comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Make sure to arrange transportation from airport in advance

“Explorers Wanted”

A great base for exploring the Johannesburg region, located in a pleasant suburb close to OR Tambo Airport. Had some difficulty getting through by telephone, so I took a cab instead of using the pickup service. Francois was very accommodating, providing a sandwich and a beer when I arrived and arranging for a guided tour of Soweto the following day on very short notice. He also dropped me off for dinner at a local restaurant, and came to get me later. Outlook Lodge specializes in photo safaris, which look good, but I was bound on an adventure of my own. My room was extremely comfortable, with two sleeping areas and a private bath across the hall. Public areas are nicely decorated, and the grounds are quite attractive. All in all, a very good choice for a single, a couple, or a family.

“Comfortable, safe and easy access”

Outlook lodge was comfortable, safe and felt a bit like a bed and breakfast with more personal space. Great place to land and get a first night rest after the long journey to africa.

Hate to spread the word about how great this place is because I might not be able to book in when I head back to South Africa. Truly lovely service and rooms. Excellent for my quick stop-over, but safari guests/visitors seemed pleased as well.

“Outstanding service and experience”

The owner went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and safe. Beautiful grounds next to a bird sanctuary. A short drive from the airport but you feel like your in the country. The owner also offers guided trips to Kruger and other national parks.
