Cordial staff, large room with fridge and coffee amenities, easy to locate, ample parking and clean Many room lights, sockets and air con off when on generator. Shower gel, soap and shampoo not consistely supplied. Cleaning staff knocks door by 8 am to ask for dirty bathing towels. Very limited menu choices

Far from Premier!!
It was a below-par experience. Extremely hot and stuffy general areas and when the loadshedding kicked in, no airconditioning worked so you were in a ‘sweat room’. No vending machines and everything shuts down at 22:00 - so I was told that I must go out elsewhere if I needed even as much as bottled water. Is this really a 4-star rated hotel???

Affordable and good quality hotel. The mall is not so far from the hotel and costs around R70 - R80 by Uber. Clean room with with comfortable pillows too!

Rooms were not vacuumed each day I had to ask to have the pillow cases changed Towels were not available when I came back in the afternoon. I had to ask 3 times and finally go to the front desk to get them. Its a 2 star hotel at best. I would not recommend it

The bathrooms are not very clean. Our bathroom had mould, mildew and stains on the tiles and around the taps. They dont appear to be thoroughly cleaned between guests all the time because the mould and mildew had really built up. The cushion covers in the bedroom had old stains on them as well, and our duvet covers were also torn/ripped at some of the seams.

Food is not good I ordered al carte for supper old stock shower and tap in basin problematic toilet doesn’t flush on one go and the idea of a glass see through of the toilet and shower is not good there’s no privacy when you use the toilet or shower Tv DSTV didn’t work

Clean and neat rooms with comfortable beds. I was very disappointed with the lack of fridge in a 4star hotel. Also the menu for the restaurant was very limiting. 3 main courses to choose from was very disappointing, the fish was delicious though.

The room did not have a any sanitiser, considering the fact that we live in such unprecedented times, why? There were no shower caps provided, why? There was no flat sheet on the bed!! What a horrible experience for me and my family. I will never book with you again and certainly won’t be referring anyone!

I have stayed at a few premiere hotels, this one does not match up.Reception was friendly, room service was ok.Aircon didnt work properly, had to make do.The room smelled stuffy so the ac or fan was needed as well as it was a warm evening.Bin had some dirt in it. The bathoom basin tap is awful..i know there is A moce to save water but nit this way..i dpubt water is veing saved if it splashes all over the place, even on the floor..ghosh you almost dont want to open the tap.I am not a fan of sanitiser, i would prefer a good hand wash, but not with a tap like that.I am not sure if other patrobs have complained or they are ok with it, but we are definitely not ok with it. And for majorly that reason, i will not return to this establishment or recommend it.

While the service was excellent, I did expect more from a four star hotel. Small things, like the room I booked had a bath in - but ended up only having a shower, sound that travels very far in the hotel. Nothing wrong with the staff, very friendly and helpful.

Noisy !
Despite friendly staff, the hotel room was in an average condition, A/C was really noisy and when windows were open the closeby highway noise made it staying there unrelaxing which is a nuisance when on intense business trip.

The property is clean and staff just above average on friendliness. What is disappointing is the quality of the food especially the al carte menu. The staff would occasionally confuse cappuccino with expresso, be reminded that I need service while in the restaurant. The staff need more training and exposure

The breakfast was cold and there was no service for coffee etc. The tables are cleared but we had to look for cutlery. The door of the room did not close properly and you had to push hard to close it. The site said waterfall showerhead but it was an ordinary one in the bath as in very old hotels
