“Great service and comfort, poorly located.”

Excellent service and comfort but poorly located for any sort of entertainment or social venues. Would definately stay here if I had business to do at the Union Building, but would not stay here again for a "weekend on the town."

“worst stay in a sheraton”

We arrived with an early morning flight and reached the hotel at 8 am. We understood we could not check in but only wished to change and clean up. The hotel was out of power since the night before and even the washrooms had no light. We left for a city tour and arrived back to the hotel to find the TV in our room not functioning. Technician came after several hours and when finished there were only 2 channels. Even the iron was not working. For the next 3 days we found everything that was free to be not functioning and everything that costed money worked. After many hours waiting for help from the front desk and getting rolling eyes. People in the lobby began to be restless and unwilling to wait for the necessary arrangements. Another guest in the hotel finally gave up and suggested the manager to go stay at the Hyatt to experience a functional hotel. Everyone all agreed this may of been the worst sheraton in the world.
