Review of Faircity Grosvenor Gardens, Hatfield

The rooms are spacious with a spacious living area and a nice sized kitchen. The apartment can get warm - however there are lots of windows and 3 balconies to let air in. The linen is clean and a fresh set of towels are delivered to you daily. There is no room cleaning service however - can be a bother to make up the beds and clean up the kitchen and bathrooms if you are staying with family and have little time to do that. No broom or mop provided.

Home away from home

Beautiful apartment style accommodation with modern clean facilities and very well positioned. It felt like you were in your own home and the people in the other units felt like neighbors, shouting the occasional good morning. Definitely will come back again!

clean bedding great,location great very central

the stay was great,but the flat that we stayed in needs attintion ,there was some of the furniture danaged and broken,flat was very dusty and not very clean i have stayed in one stars that are much cleaner you will really have to do somthing obout the cleaniss of the flats and rooms.

The staff was extremely friendly. I left an item there and they kept it in the safe until I was able to retrieve it. I will definitely be back

Very bad services and hotel conditions

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I would not stay there again.
Location: Not much but is closer to metro station, few restaurants and a little plaza.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, our EXPERIENCE was terrible. Room was not clean, bathroom very dirty its ceiling very dirty and without much care, bath towels were dirty with holes, dirty sheets and were almost never changed, we found the doors of our room unlocked and no one was able to give us an explanation, we bought water for consumption and it disappeared we complained and still they wanted to sell us water instead of replacing it for us. There was no hotel manager who could help as quickly as possible so our stay was very unpleasant.This hotel has nothing of a 4-star hotel, friends do not be fooled.

dirty floors

The floors looked clean on face value. I took off my shoes, went to the bathroom & when I came back from the bathroom my feet were like charcoal underneath. There were no plates in the cupboard.
