Tariff: super affordable Convenience (closeness to airport and shuttle): fantastic Breakfast buffet: super awesome (met the chef, he was immensely pleased with my compliments) Service: super awesome (left a plug adapter on my last visit, they traced it and returned it; room keys were delivered to us when we sat at the restaurant) Cafe/Bistro/Bar: staffing can improve since 1 person cannot handle all the guests (drinks, cocktails, meal orders, payments, …) .

It was close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The internet was down which required the staff to take you to the room to unlock it which I'm sure was a pain for them but they took it well. Food was good at the restaurant. Would recommend.

A lot of work to do.
While busy renovating the foyer and surrounds the rooms are where the attention is needed. Roll together soggy beds, on three occasions and different rooms. Poor shower facilities with 'little' privacy. A mere 300ml of water provided for two people... not enough to fill two glasses. Coffee sachets and that awful packet creamer. Really could be a lot better. Would not choose this again.

check-in area/lobby definitely need an upgrade. Place looks more like a military post; staircase need to be more attractive than bare heavy metal.. Reception desk looks more like a kitchen counter!. The hotel was just standard. Only stayed for a long layover. Wouldn’t have wanted to stay here more than 1 or 2 nights. It’s definitely a “just passing through” kind of hotel. Has all the basics.

Room was fine, nice bar with excellent wine, food was good, but room was so loud. As an airport hotel that directly caters to travelers who have late/early departure times I would have expected the sound insulation to be the top priority during design and construction but it was clearly not. I could hear people coming and going all night, my neighbors ordered room service at 1:30am and I could literally hear the clink of silver on the plates… would not recommend.

Quiet comfortable room. After a long flight it was a good place to stay. Buffet breakfast is excellent. 2 ‘complaints’ would be : 1. Strangely there was no hairdryer in the room. 2. The body wash was supposedly wash, shampoo & conditioner! I only used it as a wash!

Pleasant and clean
Check in was very good I arrived early and my room was ready. Good facilities although a bit pricier than others with the same facilities. It’s a bit industrial for me but was ok for one night and the hotel was clean and tidy. Restaurant was good and my meal was good value.

Can't beat this hotel
This place is amazing. From the service staff, driver of the shuttle, front desk and especially the kitchen staff. I felt welcomed from every person. The aircraft mofife was smart and the bedding and room amenities perfect. I was only overnight but I would definitely stay here again.
