Not worth the price

Needed a last minute room and everywhere else was booked so payed almost $300 to stay one night. Second night was reasonable, but water was cloudy and slimy, heat/ac did not work in my room, no fridge, no hair dryer, comfortable bed. In the morning I went down to get a coffee and their breakfast buffet was $18 per person! So needless to say, we didn't get breakfast here. Plus you have to valet your car. I feel that this place is a rip off compared to the Hampton inn right next door which was cheaper, way nicer, and free breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea.

A noisy room

Pros: Loation and airport shuttle service.
Location: Not much to do nearby.
A hotel that looks that it needs an upgrade. All looked a bit used and old. Room was OK and clean but the bathroom although usable was small. The heater made so much noise that it had to be turned off.

Convenient to airport

Pros: close to JFK airport
Cons: friendliness of check in staff, coffee in lobby, more frequent shuttle (only runs on the half hour)
Well-used, worn hotel, busy at all hours, with airline staff and travelers.

空港に近いのが良い点

Pros: 空港へのシャトルスタッフが親切 フロントも対応が早い
Cons: ホテルロビーでの設備(SHOP等)充実させた方が良い
Location: 特になし
ニューヨーク市内のラデイソンとの差を感じたました。 ホテルの古さは別として設備が充実していないのが残念でした。 空港近くだから充実させるのが重要と思います!!

Location is the only plus

Cons: Manage expectations on staff available compared to reservations and arrivals. Increase number and frequencies of shuttles. list correct bar hours.
We stayed here twice due to a long lay over on the way to and from our final destinations. Wish we had time to change the return reservation. The "free shuttle" is very unreliable when being picked up from Federal Circle at JFK. Hotel would not even answer the phone. When told it would be 7 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up it was over 30 min and there were about 3 times as many people trying to get on one shuttle. The first time the shuttle never showed and another hotel shuttle gave us a ride (we had waited probably close to 30-40 min). Check in was long and the hotel was understaffed (on both occasions) The hotel restaurant/bar was closed (earlier than the web site stated). Room is sub-par however I guess most of the hotels near the airport have enough one time business to keep things going and not make changes to help improve the customer satisfaction.

Neat rooms and courteous staff. shuttle services were a little.of a hassle but nevertheless convenient for a quick hop to jfk.

Good hotel close to airport

In a cold weather welter of flight cancellations, nobody asked if we had a reservation, when I told the concierge he personally escorted us to the head of the line, and the U rattled clerk worked swiftly and well. Efficient shuttle to airport next day. Room curtain seemed loose from one slide.
