“Had a lovely time”

We enjoyed our stay. We thought the condo was very clean and was in a great location, a 2 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for a long stay. The decor was a bit outdated, but it was still very clean. There is a great terrace to sit out, we even saw a deer right under our terrace. Ours did not have an ocean view, but we did notice some did. The washer and dryer were a plus. Would definately go back.

“Great place to stay near Charleston”

We really enjoyed staying on Kiawah Island! The condo we stayed in was beautiful - right on a lagoon and within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. I recommend that you bring or rent bikes to ride all around. The island is flat and the bike trails are exceptional. Charleston is about 30 minutes away - kind of confusing to get to because of all the bridges and roads that change names but very doable once you figure it out. It's a great city filled with history.

“Excellent accomadations”

I was nervous about the trip as we had never been to SC before, nor stayed at any Resortquest facility. I was very impressed with the villa we rented. It was close to the ocean, and very clean and comfortable. We did have a maintance issue, which was handled quickly. Overall, a very nice choice.

“Better than expected.”

I was expecting a decent villa, however this was better than expected. There was three adults sharing this space and we never felt crowded. It was a good experience.

“Huge Villa”

The resort grounds were very clean and well-maintained. Our Villa was great, but a bit dated. The bedroom had a musky smell, but everything else was fantastic. Huge porch, fully equipt kitchen...I could go on.

“Spectacular Location”

The Condo's were very nice. The only small issues I had were mold on the shower curtain and shower head, a very worn out bedspread, and lots of dead bugs on the front door screen. The facilty is beautiful. The location awesome for frequent walks on the beach. Very quite. Lots of nature to observe, dolphins, pelicans, sand pipers, gulls, dear... The beach was very empty, lots of space. Very clean. I also wished the condo supplied a beach chair as it was $10.00 plus tip per day to rent a chair. I would return again.
