The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only drawback was in finding the place, but once I spoke to a person at the hotel then it was a just a matter of a few minutes and we were there.

Great Stay!
It was a great stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room and building were super clean. Comfy beds and pillows and close to train and bus.

Outstanding service. We got stuck in Welly for 2 nights and the owners were so helpful and kind. Will definitely be back. The room was warm and cosy when got there and everything was just perfect and comfortable. Thx so very much for making our stay so comfy considering we weren’t planned to stay 2 night.

Really great service, staff are so kind. It’s a great home away from home feel. Check in was really fast and super easy! And our room has so many amenities, the towel to people ratio is great! Will totally stay here again

Very convenient for shopping, cafe and food outlets. Room was good size with new furnishings. Heatpump was old and not particularly efficient. The room was cold when we arrived and took awhile to warm up. There was no fan in the bathroom and no opening window.
