We were a little leery when we pulled up. Looked a tad run down. However, when we got inside we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were nice, clean, spacious and the dinning area was big! Nicer than it looks from the outside. Check-in was easy and the staff was nice!

Needs improvement and remodeling. Our was smelly and moisture was coming from the window. Our dresser drawers were stocked the other one was loose.

Because of snow and ice, we really couldn't see or evaluate the area around the property! The cleanliness and staff were outstanding. Helpful, professional, and friendly. Very happy with our stay.

Hotel staff was very welcoming. Our room was right around the corner from the lobby yet it was super quiet! Recommendation made by the front desk for dinner was spot on! The Pine Grill was great! Our beds were very comfortable…. Especially the pillows!! Everything was very clean! Many thanks!

Travis at the front desk was especially helpful, as he secured an item of my clothing that I had accidentally left behind in the room. I was able to retrieve it on my next stay, for which I was very grateful. Thank you, Travis! Other staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the shower outstanding! Good breakfast, too!

Recently updated rooms are nice. Water smells a bit odd when you run the shower. Outside is in rough shape but the inside is nice/updated. Area itself is pretty noisy and I was in an end room so I literally heard every room open/close at all hours

Facility problem
The water faucets were backwards and would not shut off in a normal way. There were bits of paper by the baseboard.it took forever to get hot water, thus wasting lots of water. As the faucets were all wrong, water got on the counter leaving a mess.
