Stopped overnight during travels. Hotel is great for a quick one night, not the cleanest but not terribly dirty. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options and parking was nice and easy.

Personnel were friendly...esp. the wpman at the front desk durong our check-in. Nice early morning breakfast and had a good sleep. Highly recommended Hampton Inn, Johnstown. Great hotel., Great people.

Good breakfast, room temperature could have been warmer when we walked in, mattress could be replaced, seemed like someone heavy slept on it and had two divots you rolled into.

The location and property was excellent. Updated, clean, convenient! The only issue was when I asked the front desk whether they had a room available, the individual immediately said no without checking. I went to my car and pulled up expedia and the hotel website and both indicated rooms were available, which i was able to book online. Would have been nice if the front desk checked the system before responding.

Not like most Hamptons. No cookies which was a bummer. Breakfast was really limited. We reserved a kitchenette and they dont have them. They only have cupbords which i do not know why, a mini frig and a microwave. Also a little coffee maker which made no sense because there is 24 hour coffee. The staff was great and the pool area was nice.

I found items of previous guests as I was doing a thorough twice over during checkout which tells me cleaning for turnover wasn’t very thorough. Staff and breakfast met my expectations, pleased with that.

The folks working at the front desk were very helpful. We had to turn around to come back and pick up items we had left in the room and they were waiting for us when we arrived. Good breakfast, comfy beds.
