“Very comfortable stay!”

We booked this hotel because we have a special needs child and wanted the convenience of additional space and kitchen access in our room. We would go back in a heartbeat. Our stay was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend!

“nice comfortable stay”

The hotel was extremely clean along with our room. The room exceeded our expectations. If you were planning on an extended stay our room would have fit the bill. Everything you could have wanted or needed. The only downside was the continental breakfast. Not much to choose from. Also, there was an odor in the elevator that I can't describe.

“We'll be back again”

We had never stayed at a TownePlace Suites before, but decided to try it out. Was I impressed! Plenty of room and very comfortable. This best part was the staff. I've never encountered staff as friendly as the staff at the Joliet TownePlace Suites. Everyone said hello with a smile, down to the maintenance crew. This is a great place to stay when visiting the Joliet area and we will be making this our "home away from home" when we visit from now on.

“Joliet”

Gorgeous hotel. Very nice rooms!! The only issue I had was that the air conditioner didn't work. Even though it was march, it was really hot in the room.
