“Nice Hotel”

Enjoyed my stay while I was at this hotel. The staff was most helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. All my needs were addressed in a timely manner. The pool was on the small side but kept clean in and around the area, with plenty of towels and chairs. The complimentary breakfast was good with a nice selection of hot and cold entrees. I would stay here again, next time im in Joliet.

“WOULDN'T RECOMMEND”

IT WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT I READ IN THE OTHER REVIEWS. I WOULDNT GO BACK UNLESS IT WAS LAST RESORT. BUT THE ATTENDENT WAS VERY POLITE AND COURTIOUS.

“Good for Passing Through”

I stayed here with my 2 year old for 1 night to brake up the trip to my parents house. We had a very comfortable and quiet stay. The only thing I didn't like was that they had mosquitos in the breakfast room and pool area. My 2 year old and I were both bit while eating breakfast.

“Nice hotel, easy to find”

This hotel was very nice for the price. Clean, big rooms with flat panel TVs. Bathroom was nice size and furnishings had been updated recently. Staff at front desk pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

“nice place”

I needed a room due to the fact that I was remodeling my bathroom. The price was right, they had a hot tub, pool and fitness center and the staff was very nice

“Many in the area, try another!”

The hotel itself was fine, though it was understaffed. There was one person working the front desk for a sold out friday. Pool/hot tub were over capacity. Hot tub had adults with glass beer bottles accompanied with babies in diapers. Hotel Management was HORRIBLE! They were rude and unaccomodating. Both the General Manager and the Assistant manager were not the least bit concerned about customer satisfaction or being rude to guests. When corporate was called we were offered a $25.00 voucher to use for a future stay. Not even enough to cover 1 nights stay. I will NOT be paying money to return to this property or any in this chain in the future. There are 7 more hotels within 1 mile. Check others.

“Perfect Hotel”

Great hotel. New, clean rooms and building. People were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool area was clean. We used the laundry facilities with no issues. Had a flat screen TV that I'm not use to in hotels. Highly recommend this hotel.
