“In general, good place for business travelers”

Slept on better mattresses. Front desk clerks need to learn to smile and at least look up and greet you as you pass by. Coffee was terrible.

“Nice stay”

Our stay was for 2 nights. Although we had some minor inconveniences with our room, they were immediately remedied. The front desk staff was very pleasant and accomodating. My family used and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was more than just cereal and bread and offered a variety of options. Overall, the room was spacious enough for 3 people, clean and comfortable.

“WOULDN'T RECOMMEND”

IT WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT I READ IN THE OTHER REVIEWS. I WOULDNT GO BACK UNLESS IT WAS LAST RESORT. BUT THE ATTENDENT WAS VERY POLITE AND COURTIOUS.

“Dirty Place”

The check-in clerk was extremely rude! Not a very clean motel. The carpet was very dirty! the windows also were not clean. Very noisy bathroom fan.

The hotel itself was fine, though it was understaffed. There was one person working the front desk for a sold out friday. Pool/hot tub were over capacity. Hot tub had adults with glass beer bottles accompanied with babies in diapers. Hotel Management was HORRIBLE! They were rude and unaccomodating. Both the General Manager and the Assistant manager were not the least bit concerned about customer satisfaction or being rude to guests. When corporate was called we were offered a $25.00 voucher to use for a future stay. Not even enough to cover 1 nights stay. I will NOT be paying money to return to this property or any in this chain in the future. There are 7 more hotels within 1 mile. Check others.
