The view was nice.

Pros: The view and pool was ok too.
Location: Location was good, not far from St Catherine's for our events.
We were very disappointed at this place. Room was very dated and toilet was working poorly. I had 4 channels in my room and one was French when I called the desk they said they don't have cable tv only antennae. Not worth the price at all. The only thing nice here was the view, will never stay here again.

The outdoor view of the hotel was beautiful. The bathroom had been updated but the rest of the room was dated. Carpet stained, not much selection for TV stations, Internet connection was ok too.

Older building obviously no sound proofing to speak of. Was on the lower level and and could hear everything above me and all hall traffic. Thermostat wasn't working properly so the room was too warm and then got very cold,

OK stay

The hotel was well situated and the view was wonderful. However, we had our dog with us and on the second night, when I put his food down for him, in about 15 minutes I noticed the bottom of his dish full of ants. I dumped what little was left and put a bit more food in. Again, in about 15 minutes, the bottom of the bowl was teeming with ants. Even his water dish had ants in it. I made sure any other food we had in the room was up high, but I was afraid to leave anything out. We had a cooler with us, so I made sure any open food went in there. It grossed me out. Also, although I specified that the beds didn't have to be changed after 1 night, I don't think anyone came into the room at all on the second day. We were low on kleenex and toilet paper (didn't run out though). The great thing about the room was the fact that it had a door out to the lake and we didn't have to take the dog through the entire hotel to take him out. Restaurants were good and not overly pricey. Would have been good value for the money but for the ants.

beautiful jr. suite looking at the frozen lake , complete with ice fishing huts and mad people braving the -20 temp.s. Had a lovely lunch at hotel restaurant with same great view and good service too. I recommend "Lake House" for lunch or dinner( just down the service road toward Toronto), beautiful food and service!!!!! great room service menu also! pool was actually warm, yesss
