"Loved this hotel! We were staying for one night on our way back to UK after a month travelling around France and Spain. This was one of the best Ibis hotels we stayed in. We parked in the car park. We have a Citroen Berlingo Flair which is like a van and had no issues. Level -3 does have bigger spaces. Maurius on check in was fabulous. We felt very welcome. He is very obviously a people person and had a lovely sense of humour. He helped us out with an extra pillow and was very approachable. Room was clean and very spacious. Shower excellent. Location great. Guy on check out also great, didn’t get his name. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Rouen. Thank you. It’s clear the staff here work incredibly hard. "

"The only reason to stay at this hotel is because it is the closest to the Rouen Parc d'exposition. We had booked six rooms for a classic car show weekend for three nights. The rooms are the smallest that it's possible to fit a double bed into, althought the aircon is good and everything is pretty new. The big let down is the breakfast service. When you are exhibiting at a show you need to get up, shower, have breakfast and go. On all three mornings the breakfast service was terrible. The staff seemed to be hiding out back and not replenishing things. When we arrived in the breakfast room, there was no coffee, no apple juice, no butter, baggettes and no bread. I had to go to the reception three times and it was still 15 minutes before the coffee machines were replenished. This simply isn't good enough and it's their loss : next year we will be needing 20 rooms and we will be staying elsewhere."

"This small hotel has a unique layout in four separate traditional Normandy buildings situated in a small, grassy park. The staff were very helpful. The dining options in Jumieges which were all 3 minutes walk away suit every palate and price point. We especially recommend La Petite Flamme and l'Auberge des Ruines for fine cuisine and a superb wine list and cheese board. "
