It was the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. The staff was so pleasant. Our heater went out, they moved us right away, no problem. I recommend it highly. 10 stars if I could.

The property was clean and the beds comfortable. They had fresh coffee all day and the staff was friendly and quick with check in. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is convenient to downtown Juneau, the Valley and Lemon Creek. The hotel itself is ok. The key cards stopped working the day before we left...the staff seemed unconcerned about this. This property is in an industrial area and there are no restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not. Overall, this hotel is ok but I don't know if I would stay there again.

Took my golden retriever to Juneau for surgery. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was perfect for what I needed. Hotel exterior and interior was beautiful inside and out!

This motel is located far from any services and does not even provide shuttle service to the airport about five minutes away.

We liked that the room was big and we were close enough to walk to the airport, our flight was at 5am. There were hairs in the bathtub and there weren't many dining options close by.

Loved the suite! Very clean and well equipped kitchen. It is near the airport so you will hear planes and helicopters, but this was a minor thing compered to noisy hallways experienced in many hotels. Would stay again if given the opportunity!

A couple notes to consider…
Just a couple things to note… It would be very helpful to have some kind of breakfast available since there are really no restaurants even close at all for walking… Or provide a shuttle? Also, when I worked out in the gym, there needs to be some kind of sanitary wipes for when finished. There was nothing in there at all, so I had to clean before I worked out on my own.
