"We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were excellent with all the amenities we could hope for and they had a large delicious breakfast selection. If we are back in the area we would stay here again. "

"It was a nice stay. Hotel and staff very nice. Very helpful staff. The room was clean. Only thing returning in the evening at 8 pm was difficult, the platform was not lit. I am after hip surgery- and was afraid to go because I could not see anything. The leaves were not cleaned up either. Another issue was the spa area - there should be some maximum number on the pool because it was impossible to swim completely. Other than that thank you I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"One of my worst hotel stays. The air conditioning in the room did not work (temperature 30 degrees outside and stuffy). Plus, it smells musty. A dirty rag was left in the bathroom by houskeeping. The room is dirty. Please see this dirty chair with large stains (I don't want to think about what these stains are from anymore). After a long exchange of arguments about the stay with the reception and housekeepers and several requests to bring at least a fan, in the evening, while I was out of the room and had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, someone finally brought a fan that was old and made more noise than cold and wind. It is unacceptable that someone entered the room despite the "do not disturb" sign! What are the hotel standards in the Accor group? Despite so many inconveniences, no compensation was offered, and I was only instructed to submit an official complaint to the management."

"Visually a beautiful hotel. The setvice from the desk agents and bar staff was great! The room is self was a little bit of a let down. Beautiful in apperance but that as 4* as it got. - Bathroom contained long brown hairs on the floor and in the shower. Used shower gel left on the sink with the other complimentary soaps. - Bed was wonderfully soft, however it was two single bed pushed together, during the night you would sink down the joint. -Two single duvets for a double bed? - Rooms not cleaned daily unless requested, so coffee was not stocked daily. Overall a pleasant visist was had, but also let it self down considering the 4* status and price! "
