“hotel room door gone.....”

we arrived at the hotel to find that they were doing construction (revotations) on most of the rooms on the second floor where they gave us a room when we checked in that the door was completely taken off the hinges!! Not sure what the hotel was like before, but I would not recommend the hotel to my friends.

“Next day reservation - expecting the worst, found the best”

Our stay was a last minute decision with our travel bringing us into town the day after Thanksgiving and Black Friday...yikes! We were expecting the worst but found our stay at Baymont to be a wonderful experience. The pool was delightful, the room as clean and neat as a five star hotel and the staff helpful and friendly. It's also close to shopping and dining. We will definitely stay again!

“Comfortable beds-I will return”

I stayed here during a recent business trip. The King size beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel room was cozy and clean. The lobby was a bit warm. The breakfast selection was your standard express hotel variety, and was very well stocked. (Pastries, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, sausage gravy and biscuits) The OJ and coffee tasted good. The carpet in the hallways were very colorful, and appeared to be faded and old. That was the only maintenance issue. I will definately stay at this hotel again should I need to return to Battle Creek. The staff was very nice and personable.

“Wonderful mattress in King room. Will go back again if in Battle Creek.”

Desk clerk employees need to learn their job & customer skills. Room was clean, comfortable, A/C worked, plenty of hot water. Hallways a little worn & dirty in the corners. Outside trash containers by the doors were full & overflowing . Lobby was SO hot for breakfast. Some food had ran out, but it was so hot in there we went back to the room to eat. Pool should have longer hours, didn't even have to time check it out. Very convenient location for doing anything in Battle Creek. Will definately return if in the area again.

“Nice clean hotel”

Made a quick weekend trip to Michigan. Arrived mid evening , check in went smoothly, room was clean and comfortable. First night was quiet and all the ammenities worked fine. Second night started out noisy but management responded when contacted and took care of noisy neighbors. Breakfast was very enjoyable and the area was kept clean.

“Nice Hotel”

NICE,CLEAN,QUIET HOTEL. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. ROOM WAS SOMEWHAT COMFORTABLE HAD TO RUN THE AIR CONDITIONER AS THE ROOM WAS WAY TOO HOT EVEN WITH COLD TEMPS OUTSIDE. ENJOYED THE POOL AND HOT TUB. I WOULD DEFINTELY STAY HERE AGAIN

“Good for a night or two”

I wasn't expecting too much, but the stay wasn't bad. The room was comfortable, and there were plenty of options of restaurants nearby. They offer a free hot breakfast, but seemed to be a bit understaffed because the containers were left empty while the front desk person handled a few other tasks. I liked the comfy couches in the lobby with the free newspaper and 24 hour coffee...really nice in the cold, wet weather.
