“Great value”
Our stay here was very nice, location was great for our purpose.

“crappy hotel”
This was dirtiest hotel I've ever been in, it smelled so bad, it smelled like smoke throughout the hotel and the lady at the front desk was so rude. I asked her to call me a cab and all she did was hand me a phone number and told me to call my own cab. I would spend a few extra bucks and stay some place nicer next time.

All staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were decent and clean. The pool was clean and the surroundings pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was really great!

The hotel staff was very kind & answered all questions we had about the area. We were lookin for a apecific restaurant..They gave us a map w/ the highlighted path. The room was very clean & the bed was made to perfection. The mattress was prob. the most comfortable I've been on @ a hotel. The bathroom was clean w/ plenty of towels. & the room was much larger than we expected.
“Downtown Battle Creek”
Walking distance from Kellogg Arena and the High School Volleyball Finals. We had a great time.
“Very Disappointed”
It pays to pay a little more to stay someplace that's nicer; cleaner; has better customer service and all the things one would expect any hotel stay to consist of... I didn't expect it to be the Ritz or Four Seasons; but I didn't expect it to be a LOW budget motel either.
“Read before booking”
This hotel has removed the word hospitality from the hospitality industry - the owners business acumen is why you see billboards that say "American Owned" - We very polietly requested a late check out - we were having a meeting at 6PM - they told us we could stay in the lobby - at 11:30AM they disable your card key and we had to walk around the hotel to load out our bags - the bathroom is fine if you like sand paper for TP and if you are over 250 lb. you probably won't fit in the BR anyway. There is another Baymount across town - when we saw it we were very dissappointed we did not stay there. Across town has great breakfast - this one was very skimpy. So if you want to treated rudely and have inferior accomadations this is the place for you.
