Stayed here Thursday night (08/18/2011). Staff overall was nice. Room had a bit of a musty smell but otherwise was ok. Loved the firm mattress. Seemed to provide plenty of support. Room had fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. I only stayed the one night so not much use of those. Free wifi was good. Friday morning breakfast was very basic and no frills. Cereal, bagel, muffins, fruit, coffee, fruit juice. Its a no frills place. For a quick stay within a budget, I would recommend.

“Disappointed”

We stayed for 7 nights at this hotel with our two children. I was not aware when I booked that it was located directly next to a "low scale" hotel. People were living there and partied every night in the adjoining parking area. Some of the clientele ended up in our hotel as well which resulted in a lot of late night door slamming and a fight down the hall from us at 3:00 a.m. There was also vomit in the parking lot one morning that was not cleaned up. The breakfast was mediocre at best with no change at all to the menu. After the second day, we opted to go out to a restaurant for breakfast. On a positive note, the hotel personnel were pleasant and the room was satisfactory. The lobby and pool area were nice as well. The location is very convenient with many restaurants and shopping and directly off of I-94, but overall, our experience was disappointing and I would not opt to stay there again or to recommend this hotel for a family.

“A good attempt to revive an older building”

Lots of paint and new carpet, but this place is old. The crack between the door and the door jamb (lock) you could drive a bus through. Horrible TV on what appeared to be a nice TV set. Bad cable or sattelite and only a few channels. Pretty pathetic continental bfast too. Too much dough for a building with some poor makeover.

My wife and I would be willing to tell all of or friends and any else we know. That our experience wasd great. Clean rooms, very roomy and the service was great and people where friendly. Would recemend this Best Western to anyone.
